Called ahead to make sure they would be ok with filling an order for 3 dozen donuts and had the pleasure of speaking to the manager. He is a very nice guy and made sure I had everything I needed. Heather took our order and prepared our meal she did an outstanding job with customer service and I am taking the time so that she may be recognized for it. Heather and I were building my order and I noticed she had switched two sandwiches around one in a combo one separately. This ultimately saved me a couple of dollars. And for that I am grateful. All too often i witness poor service. People as customers are 30 times more likely to make a complaint over a single complaint.
