Only one young lady working and it was kinda but but she was courteous and friendly the entire time. New shakes are the bomb!

The customer service was horrible. We initially called for directions, and the person who answered the phone responded with, “look it up online, I’m busy”, and hung up the phone. Once there, the ice cream was half melted and the tables were very dirty.
