“I placed an online order. The food was ready when I arrived. I got a steak bowl, a chicken and steak bowl, a banana bread pudding cup and a strawberry banana bread pudding cup. I personally ate the chicken and steak bowl and the strawberry banana bread bowl. The bowl was pretty decent. Good amount of meat, I smelled thw onions more than I saw them. I had my Hummus and garlic sauce on the side (a bit salty but piar with food and some lettuce and it will be ok). I would have the bowl again. Do not EVER get the strawberry banana bread pudding up. They put whip cream in the cup with a banana bread muffin. Some strawberry syrup and banana jello pudding mix. If it was truly that. I am the cake designer for Grand Mid-East Pastry Delight in troy and many of our customers order cakes/sweet tables and such and book their party at Pennas. I placed an order for a family brunch and really thought that they would not be able to accommodate me due to being a small order and them being so busy, BUT Naan Stop Grill went above and beyond and treated me like family and made the most amazing food my family and I have ever tasted. Whilst picking up the order, they also gave me a sample of their butter chicken which FYI is my wife's favorite and mentioned it was the best she has ever tasted. They are officially my go to and will have my business. Only thing I must mention is that they landed me into a food coma from eating so much but it was well worth it. However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I worked closely with Riley all day and she was helpful, cheerful, and so happy to serve. Diego, the event manager, was professional, discrete, and even snagged me a coffee while I was capturing the dance floor. Jesus was the bartender and he was friendly and didn't mind filling up my water multiple times as I was working. Dinner was fantastic and I'm still dreaming about the potatoes. We found that the Cream Brulee wasn't as sweet as we were accustomed to, but I chalk that up to Europeans not using as much sugar as Americans. It was still creamy and delicious.
