From the start, they were so involved and helpful, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and on top of everything all night. And the food was incredible. Months later, people are still talking about how good the food was, which says everything. Chef Matt was so nice and got along with our guests at the wedding, even giving out some of his delicious salad dressing! We had a great time working with them and couldn’t recommend Celebrity Catering enough. If you want great food and an awesome team, they’re the way to go!“

They are all so professional and friendly and even ran around the corner to pick up napkins for us that I’d forgotten at home. They called to let me know their kitchen was having an issue but that they would get everything to me as quickly as possible. And that they did. Everything was delicious, fresh and neatly prepared. I come for the vegan options so I don’t have to worry about my food allergies, but my family has enjoyed the non-vegan options as well. The environment is fun; Que is always wonderful to talk with and has so much to be proud of in what she has created here…and if you didn’t know - THEY ALSO CATER…and do cooking classes!!! “As a wedding photographer, I've eaten many catered dinners and witnessed various waitstaff work events. However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I worked closely with Riley all day and she was helpful, cheerful, and so happy to serve. Diego, the event manager, was professional, discrete, and even snagged me a coffee while I was capturing the dance floor. Jesus was the bartender and he was friendly and didn't mind filling up my water multiple times as I was working. Dinner was fantastic and I'm still dreaming about the potatoes. Overall, I cannot wait to work with the Forte Belanger team again and will definitely be recommending them to my future clients.“

“First time customers (7/12/2025). We needed to find a new BBQ place to satisfy our taste buds since SHEETZ is taking over 12 & Mound. WE FOUND IT. Ordered the Judges' sampler to try their variety. Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Baked Beans and Hush Puppies are ALL EXCELLENT. The Coleslaw could have been a bit creamer, but we didn't come here for veggies or salad. Loved their sauces as well. We will definitely be back and bringing friends.“
