I don’t mind that you forgot my sandwich on the first delivery, but I would have appreciated the second one being correct.
Slowest Jimmy John's EVER. 45 minutes today. I order from you guys a lot, and this has been a problem the whole time. I'm done. I'll just pick up my sandwiches in Clawson, it'd be much faster! Horrible, and it looks like I'm not the only one who thinks so! Oh, and by the way, I don't eat lunch at noon, as my workday starts late. So "lunch rush" is no excuse. I ordered at 3:30, it arrived at 4:15.
This JJ is NOT freaky fast,more like freaky SLOW!!! Several times now I've ordered in the morning and set the delivery time to be at my lunchtime and they are always late (by at least 20 minutes). The last time I ordered they put tomatoes on my sandwich when my receipt clearly said NO TOMATOES. Whoever owns this joint really needs to step it up.
