“We have been eating at Coty’s for at least 20 years. We would buy a pizza for take out every other week. Unfortunately, that is ending today. I noticed that I have been paying a service fee of .37 cents which is rolled into the tax which started on 1/1/2025. We understand prices go up, but if you do take out you have to pay the service fee. Well that’s the price of having a business. Don’t charge me extra for using your take out option. So do I have to pay the service fee if I have left overs and need a box? Or do I need to bring my own container?“

“I wish every fast food place was like this Culver’s. They are just pleasant people. We’ve always had a wonderful experience and we go at least two or three times per month to this location. My latest visit was through the drive-thru and an African-American lady served me who was just so kind and down to earth. I wish I would’ve caught her name. Love this place and love these people!“

I think our server's name was Mario (sorry if I am mistaken, I remember faces better than names, but he is a handsome gentleman with stars on his neck), and he was very polite and attentive! We ordered the 2 for $25 and was so much food we had to leave with multiple boxes in leftovers. Overall well worth the visit!“

“The food was excellent, the ambiance was super casual and friendly like your neighborhood haunt, in the service was above and beyond. The waitress even thought my partner put a spoiled creamer in his coffee one that was supposed to be refrigerated but somehow made it to the table and she brought him a new coffee without him asking. The bacon tastes like something you get from the butcher count or not from the grocery store. The biscuits are homemade the sausage gravy has actual pieces of sausage in it and the cinnamon toast bread was delicious. I can see why this is a Saginaw staple. Next time I'm in the area, I plan to try lunch.“

“My previous experience at Applebee's on Tittabawasses in Saginaw, wasn’t pleasant, as I encountered poor customer service and received unsatisfactory food. I reached out to the restaurant corporate to make them aware of the issue, not seeking any compensation. However, Applebee's did send me a gift card as an apology. Today, while handling some business on State Street, I decided to give Applebee's another chance. I sat at the bar and ordered the same dish, chicken Alfredo. To my surprise, it was delicious and my server, Jo Etta, provided exceptional customer service. This experience has restored my faith in Applebee's.

“My family likes to try new things so we stopped here on our way home from my son’s football game. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic. She was kind and attentive. We never had to ask for a drink refill. The food was fantastic and came out fairly quick! We will definitely go back when we are in the area again.“

“Absolutely love Big John’s. Amazing Food. Was there last night. Sept 28th. The woman looked like she was working hard. Taking orders & filling small cups. Will always show support to this location 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Side note there were two other gentleman not working but standing around laughing. the inside definitely looks like it needs to be kept clean as it was quite dirty after a long day at work. If the two gentlemen had time to laugh and stand around they had time to keep up through out the day a clean up.“

I asked her if they had any for sale and she went out of her way to hunt one down for me. She brought drink refills without having to be flagged down and was just really nice. “We order the Game Day Pack, which is for 4-6 servings for pickup. We got there early and the employees couldn't find the game day pack on their menu. We had to show him the order on our phone so he could fill the order. He got it order together and we left. We got home and everything was good except our sides were only for a single serving. This was our fourth time here, one order was for a wedding so it was a bit disappointing this time in“

The traditional wings, or the boneless wings with hot sauce always hits the spot taste-wise, and let's not forget about the fries. I also recommend the blue cheese dip for the wings.
