“Took a long time to send a person to help the person order in front of me. I ordered online and the drink said Pepsi when I wanted a lemonade and I got coleslaw I stead of mac and cheese. I ordered online and waited to go get it then proceeded to wait in line for my online food for at least 10 mins. No one else but the other customer in the lobby. That was standing there and taking his flip flops off and standing barefoot at the counter while looking at my feet.“

“Thank you so much for being so nice and thoughtful tonight with our order! We had to wait almost a half an hour for our food, not a big deal for extra crispy! We never complained, but you went above and beyond to show you’re appreciation, and now we want to do the same. That’s what I call outstanding customer service! We were so surprised when we got home, and to have it happen on our way home from me just having surgery was amazing (not that you knew that). The food was absolutely delicious! Thank you!!“

“I didn’t get her name but the lady with the long red hair was SO kind. She said it would be a 12 minute wait (which I don’t mind waiting for fresh chicken!) so she offered to throw in a free small side for the wait. Even brought out my cheese curds first because they would be done sooner. Amazing service and very mindful young woman. 10/10 my favorite KFC around!“

“I was the only car in the drive thru it took them 4 mins to cash me out and give me a drink and another 4 to 5 mins to get the couple sides I ordered! I seen the guy thru the window stacking up stuff, instead of ringing me out or getting my drink ready! the girl that gave me food apologized for my wait and upsized my Fri and Mac, but being the only car in the drive thru why did I wait 8 mins?..... also she made my Fri 30 seconds before coming to the window!that was the first time I went there in a long time and I won't be back I was pushing it for work after that wait!“

“Placed an order online only to have the wrong food delivered by Door dash. Took the order back in to the restaurant and the manager Pamela went WAY above and beyond to make it right. In my opinion she deserves a sizable raise or a hefty bonus for her service and what she puts up with. Beyond pleased with the way she treated me.“
