“I love going to this location because they always go above and beyond, especially the manager Alexis. She always is so kind and patient and really is the reason why I continue to go there. My kids enjoy her as well and we love her notes in the drive thru!“

“the Tim Hortons in Saginaw is HORRIBLE they have TERRIBLE service, my husband ordered me a VANILLA CREAM DOUGHNUT and instead I got something totally different we take it up and say this isn't what we asked for and the cashier argued and said yes it is you ordered a sour cream blueberry doughnut. How can anyone get a VANILLA CREAM DOUGHNUT mixed up with a sour cream blueberry doughnut?????? then she gives me a boston creme doughnut and I said thats not what I wanted either I want that VANILLA CREAM DOUGHNUT they don't even rhyme or sound the same or look the same ???? I'm never going there again“

“I frequent Tim Hortons every morning, the coffee is great, the service is great, but not today, the manager on duty Erica I think is the name; she’s very very rude, as she was ringing me up I was telling her my order, she boldly interrupted and told me she knows what she is doing, and all I was trying to do was make sure I told her the correct order, she put my coffee on the counter and walked away as I said thank you…. Some people should not be in customer service if they are that unhappy, energy is passed on, if she’s there in the morning, I’m changing locations!!“
