“My Husband and I accidentally came across this gem of a Burger 🍔 place. So happy we did!!! I’ve always said if you don’t need two napkins for your burger, it’s not worth it… I needed four! My brioche bun was toasted perfectly and the seasoning and juiciness of the burger was perfection. And you MUST not forget the seasoned fries - out of this world!!! Frank, you are incredible!!! The first time around, we did tapas and a bottle of wine. The patatas bravas, tuna crudo, and skirt steak were all so good. A year later, I came back for Sunday paella night with sangria and bacon-wrapped dates.

Such a good date night spot in Ann Arbor with great food, good drinks, and a fun atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile.“

The other ingredients were fresh and tasty, there was very little meat. The service was decent but we won’t be going back.“

I've eaten there for my birthday celebration meal, and at other times, in the five or six years since. It's rare to find great food, great service, and at a great price in the post-Covid era. In my experience Everest is the best of these combined categories in the Ann Arbor to Dearborn corridor along I-94. No where else that I've eaten since moving back to the area in 2011 comes close.“

“Best cheap lunch in town! Great staff. It's one of the few remaining old school Ann Arbor business that's unique (there's probably only 20 left by my estimate). Started by a French cuisine trained chef who was tired of working for others 40 years ago. They serve hot dogs, yes, but mainly soups. Soup that is not apre-made nightmare from Sysco or GFS. On Thursdays and Fridays they usually serve a lobster bisque. They have about 8 soups to choose from; Italian Wedding & Tortillia are some of my favs. I don't get there much, as they are only open from 11:30 to 2:30 M-F. Three hours a day. Carry out only. No seating. For 40 years. Nothing lasts that long doing it wrong. They make their own lemonade too.“

Like a bad dream ordered 2 falafel Got 80% lettus and cucumber. One veggie fried ball broken into 3 pieces. Pocket bread was cold. Was charged $20 for the 2. Like bad joke. They closed at 7pm. The restaurant itself has a beautiful, vibrant aesthetic right near campus.
