“I absolutely love this place. I know sometimes they are completely swamped and overwhelmed with the amount of orders they're getting but they always come through in some way and always make it right. Recently had an issue with my debit card and was sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do at 10:30 at night after work and two workers came out giving me my order for free saying that they appreciate my business and hope everything ends up working out for me. I truly appreciate everyone who works there and I highly recommend that you go to this McDonald's because even if your order takes a little bit longer the customer service and attention to your actual feelings and everything really do matter at this place“

“Among Subway establishments, this one's notably more friendly and relaxing than usual, which is always a plus.

My only issues - not major at all - are that I don't think they understand the phrase, "a little," because whether you simply ask for condiments or specify only a little bit doesn't seem to make much of a difference, and otherwise, the radio is insufferable when they have it going. It's not always on, which is nice.

Still, the staff is suuuuuuuuuuuuper, super friendly here, and I've become fairly regular.“

“I have been meaning to review this subway for a while so here goes.. there is a female there that seems to be the closer most often, anytime we come here it is later at night and she is there.. well SHE ROCKS!! Our subs are always AMAZING with her making them and she even follows my special requests with a smile 😊, we pass three subways and drive 30 minutes for this one in particular and order on the app. Whoever u are, I hope you read this and your boss too.. you make the best SUBS! “Amazing food! The Manager and waiter were VERY kind to the point where the manager even came over to say hi and the waiter gave us his free cookie for the day! It was amazing service that you can not find in a lot of places! “Let me make this clear! I DO NOT RECOMMEND MCDONALD'S! Raw Quarter Pounder with cheese. Here's a photo of the putrid burger I waited 15 minutes for last night at 11:30 pm at the Eastman Road site! Your worker was touching the rims of cups, also, when storing them. She was scratching her neck, touching her face and touching the rims of the cups. The restaurant was filthy from looking inside from the drive thru window. I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! EVER! I POSTED THE SICKENING PHOTO of the totally RAW burger, TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK. “Wish they had their own fountain drink station with the normal Subway drinks available. They share their fountain drink station with the gas station that they are inside of. Usually, half that station isn't working so there's very few choices. They've worked a little on their eating area making it so more people can eat there, but it would be nice to have more comfortable seating with chairs and tables instead of hard benches. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious and made correctly so I can overlook most of the other issues.“
