“This is a shout out to the above and beyond customer service that I received from Brenda. As usual there was no one at the fabric counter to cut any fabric. I had pressed the button on the counter several times and called the store customer service from my phone. They announced over the speaker system a need for someone to come the the fabric counter. Still no one came. I went to the customer service desk, where I met Brenda. She called several different people to come to the desk and didn't give up til someone finally did come. Thank you Brenda for doing a great job!“
