“Where do I even start! This is hands down, the premier cigar bar! I’ve gone to a few others and they don’t compare to DCs. Chris and Donny (owner) has done an incredible job. First off, the ventilation. On a packed night, the place isn’t even overly cloudy or smokey, great ventilation. Their humidor also offers a great selection of cigars at affordable prices. Next the food. Everything in the menu is top notch and other very affordable. The steak bites, deviled eggs, burgers, fries, everything, 5 out of 5. Now, the atmosphere, unlike any other cigar bar. It’s classy, looks good, clean, and always has a great mix in music and tv selection. They also have a hell of a drink selection, very impressive. Lastly, the staff. I’ve become a regular over the last six months and have had the pleasure to work with some of the best in the business. Sarah and Rheanna are amazing, they don’t get any better than these two! They’re friendly, treat you like they’ve known you for years, professional and know their business. Most would say they do this for the tips, they don’t. They do it because that’s just who they are, just friendly and sweet. Joe is also one hell of a guy! Everybody on the staff makes time for you. The moment you walk in, they greet you by name. They have an incredible staff, that’s what keeps you coming back. Thank you all for making this place a great spot to sit down and enjoy a night out, whether a date night, a guys night out or even just a solo night to grab a drink and a cigar! “We stopped in after a football game. We are not from the area but found this gem of a place. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our server was
Bonny with a "y" cause she's Irish and was the absolute best. We had appetizers and a few beers. The food was great ..best fried pickle chips we have ever had and the egg rolls as well as the cheese curds. We will go back when we are on that side of town.“

“We have to go to the Brown Bear every time we go to Michigan. The one in Shelby is a little more authentic feeling than the one in Pentwater, but both are a delight. The crab bisque is surprisingly amazing. Burgers are out of this world and the apps are all fantastic. Great prices. Service is sometimes iffy, but it’s basically a bar so what can you expect. Love it!!“

“I try to go every weekend. Giovanna is the best. She knows my iced coffee order and has it made before she even hits our table. I always ask for her. Never had a bad meal. The breakfast potatoes are to die for. Everything on the menu is great. Have never had a bad or cold meal.“

“Ignore "Jazz" who should know that restrooms are for patrons and Chrissy who obviously doesn't know Mexican food. I've been in Mexico, have Mexican friends, and eat in Mexican restaurants at least 4 times a month. You will NOT find better than Aztecas in Macomb County. This place is even better than the establishments in Mexican town Detroit.“

“Very busy. Took 10 minutes to place our order for food. Drinks had been taken care of quickly. The server took a bit of time talking to the people at the table next to us like they may have been friends. The casadilla came out overcooked (very brown) but we ate them.“

“I’m from UP State Ny. The last time I came home I have been dying to come here. I had the 6oz. fillet. Its was to die for!!! So, for my birthday this year I wanted to go back! Everyone ordered, I ordered my fillet Med/Rear Well it was more Med/Well and I didn’t like it. The waiter agreed. They took it back and brought me the most perfect Fillet!!!! The service , the staff, the manager, each one was so so nice! The manager even gave us 3 free cream puffs! Will be back for sure! Best steak ever“

“Very nice place. Our server was wonderful. The kitchen messed up and only made four out of six meals. I was one of the people who had to wait. Manager finally addressed what happened after some time. We did get our meals for free. Overall, good food. Would recommend going there.“

“My Dad is currently in the hospital battling sepsis. We’ve had a difficult time getting him to eat. He asked for lamb chops, so my husband searched until he found Filippa’s. After hearing our story, they made his lamb chops special for him before they were technically even open. Outstanding customer service, and delicious food! We cannot thank them enough ☺️“
