The restaurant is pretty run down, but clean.
The Bathroom... absolutely the #1 most dirty, gross and nasty restroom that I have ever seen!!! 🤢. I cannot explain how bad the restroom was.
The restroom filth, will definitely cause us not to return to the Brown Bear.“

“I had my baby shower there yesterday and we had the best experience! Everything was perfect. The servers were on top of it the entire time and did an amazing job. The food was delicious and everyone was raving about it. I highly recommend this place and cannot say enough good things about it. We could not have asked for a better experience. ❤️“

“We went in with a large group after a half day of school today… I cannot tell you how impressed we all were with the service and speed and accuracy. All the workers kept their cool, were pleasant and efficient. It was quite amazing and they all deserve recognition! Thank you for a great day for our kids! It really was all Sponge Bob’s fault lol! 🧽🍍“

“Dude. We went here last night…AMAZING. Food was great. Drinks were great. Music was A VIBE. I feel bad I don’t remember the server’s name who was outside on the patio, but genuinely some of the best service I’ve ever had, and I worked in the industry for 10+ years. He made great recommendations, was running his butt off, and just overall did a great job. You guys keep doing exactly what you’re doing. We’ll definitely be back!!“

“I’m not sure if I just hit the right time or what but the food was so fresh and fantastic, it totally changed how I look at Burger King.
This may sound stupid but I am dead serious. I got a Coke, fries and a bacon cheeseburger just to get some quick food.
The fries were impossibly fresh and delicious. I didn’t even know Burger King had that potential with their fries.
Bacon cheeseburger was equally awesome. Fresh. Great proportions.
If yall don’t beleive me, check out my other reviews and you can see I am honest when things are not good.

“My wife and kids just got home from your location and the blizzards are like soup. Please check your machines because this is awful. We got 4 blizzards and 2 of the 4 are in the freezer in hopes they might freeze up a bit later to enjoy. The kids decided they would just eat it.... I also hate to say 2 weeks ago when we went my blizzard was the same way. I live across the street in gateway village sub and we go there at least 3-4 times a month but if this continues we will not be back.“

“Fist time at bubble cream and our family experience was amazing. Food was amazing and fresh. Everything we ordered was so good. Bubble tea and shakes were honestly the best I’ve ever had. And the staff was so sweet. I can’t say enough great things about bubble cream. Will definitely be back.“
