“We normally frequent Bay Pointe in the summer to listen to music on the water or for dinner by the water. This year we did Christmas here and it was perfect! We had lunch in the elegant Fireside room and then stayed at the cottages. Everything was perfect. Staff was so accommodating and kind. Continental breakfast did not disappoint and the Christmas decor made it so beautiful and peaceful. I could move in!!“

“I came in to the plainwell Applebee's for dinner on the way home from a busy holiday, I had the ribs and they were amazing. Our server was very attentive and we met the new manager Tabby. She was very welcoming and was helping bus tables and still interacting with guests. Nice to see the atmosphere changing. Can't wait to come back“

“This place happens to be halfway between where my brother and I live. We met up here for the first time today and it was delicious! I have a gluten allergy and I was pleased with the amount of options for me. I had a salad and it was delicious. I can’t wait to go back! “Great experience at the party room for a baby shower! Working with Keli was amazing. She was so accomidating and very helpful. Our server Casey was friendly and did a great job keeping the demanding ladies happy. The food was hot and delicious. Served was a buffet of appetizers, wings, meatballs, dunkers, spinich and artichoke dip, and brushette no one left hungry, and a good time was had by all!!“

“The 18% gratuity for "large party" mind you 2 kids (4 and 16) and 3 adults is what they consider large. Most families are 5 people, definitely was a turn off for me and my friend. Food definitely wasn't as good as it used to be and 3 people ended up sick and on the toilet the entire night. Dont order pountine tots theres pretty much no gravy on them and the blackened fish was slimy amd didn't taste right. Drinks were empty and had to wait forever for refills. Im a huge foodie so this was a let down. We all will not be going back.“
