“I want to shout out about an employee, Karissa at the wadhams/kimball McDonalds. Not only did she help me out with the questions I had she was a sweetheart to my grandkids. The restaurant was clean and inviting. She took the time to refill the coloring pages and crayons for the my grandkids to color. Food was hot and good and the kids enjoyed the cookie treat for coloring. It was a very good family experience.“

“I can’t remember both the workers name tags but I can say that “ spicy” and her trainee did great with my order and everyone infront of and behind me even tho one man in line was acting incredibly rude by rushing me and then trying to cut me in line I appreciate that the staff stuck up for me and managed to keep a professional composure“

“I've only been to this location a handful of times, but every time I've gone my food is very good. I don't receive lukewarm sandwiches like don't of the other restaurants who let them sit in the window, etc. The last time I was at a different location I received burnt onion rings in the bottom half of my container, so it's a big deal when I actually receive food that should be the norm but isn't these days. My one and only complaint has to do with printed receipts. Why are minor children's first any last name printed on every receipt? I'm up for accountability and all, but these are minors and retaliation has become to commonplace these days. Please remove the last name and replace it with just the initial. Otherwise, I'll be back for hot food 😉“

“I walked into Chick-fil-A today. I’m a pharmaceutical representative and I normally go through the Catering but because of the holiday weekend, I was not able to contact anyone in the catering for this location. I ordered 22 meals. Nine salads 10 Chick-fil-A number one meals Four 12 piece nugget meals And three 12 grilled nugget meals. The young lady who took my order was delightful very kind and nice. I asked for a special request that they all put in to be put into individual bags just as if I had ordered one at a time because I wanted to lay them out of the table at my meeting so each individual person could have their own meal. It was a very impressive Chick-fil-A display for my customers who loved it I applaud The for Gratiot Location, including the manager, and I wish I remembered her name that she was more than accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. I did this thing similar last week through the Flint store and unfortunately they would not package each individual meal for me so I had to sit in my car with 17 individual bags and all the french fries were pile on top of each other. It was a huge mess that I had to put together 17 meals which took me probably 20 minutes would’ve been so easy to just pack it how they normally pack it, but they refuse to do it. Hooray for Gratiot and I will continue to support and spend a lot of money in your restaurant. Thank you so much.“

“For the last few years we have went to this location for birthday cakes. This year I called and asked if they had a Luau themed cake, a young lady told me on the phone told me they do not but she was able to do tropical flowers instead. I was not expecting the cake we received today! It turned out better than we imagined! This cake is absolutely beautiful and goes perfect with my daughter’s theme! Thank you to the artist! I know much time and effort was put into making this cake and your hard work did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. We will be back for future cakes🌺🩵“

“Food was really great I hadn't had long john silvers in a long time and I missed it so much. They make the food to order so it's fresh but I was happy to wait a few minutes for fresh food and it was well worth it. Definitely will be returning“
