“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Customer service phenomenal! We arrived on Sunday a bit Past 12 and it was slammed . Our first time here but were informed that they had open seating on the bar area which looked into the street . We took it otherwise it was by reservation, so we lucked out .
I had the grits , they were great :) . So was my salmon omlett .their bacon is beef ! We had never had that before and it was delish. Highly recommend it .“

We ordered variety of dishes and found the food to be delicious.
The taste was consistent. My favorite was lamb shank platter.

“great spot if you're looking for good food at a fair price. They really care about using fresh, high-quality ingredients, which you can taste in everything they make. Even though the food is top-notch, the prices are super reasonable, so you get a lot of bang for your buck.

The menu has tons of options, whether you're in the mood for a burger, a salad, or something else. It's hard to find a place where you get both great quality and good prices, but Blazing Grill does it right. Definitely worth a visit!“

“I walked into this restaurant for the first time to grab a quick carry out order. The staff was extremely kind and on top of it. The food was really good and the service was amazing. “I walked in and had a soujuk sub, chicken sub, and quesadilla. The food was really good and was made fresh, I was greeted at the door with smiles, the place was very clean and best of all the price of all of this was only 25 dollars. Normally the food is good if it’s fresh. However, I had multiple experiences where the food was either cooked earlier, but by the time I purchase it, it’s already too dried and shouldn’t be sold. For example, chicken 65 gets really dried up in few hours and either the prices for it should be lowered at that point or let customers know that it will be dried. I had similar experience with fried chicken few times. A customer is paying for the food and it’s better to have them as a repeated customer than making couple of dollars from bad food.“

The food served to us was better than any of those. Do yourself I favor and stop in at Arbeel Kabab for the best Kabab in town.“
