Panera Bread Reviews
2nd time here. Food is great. Everyone is doing the best that they can as they learn the job. Give them a break.
Not close to ready 3 times in a row. Very, very unorganized...
Women at the register (I don’t like the computer input systems) was less than welcoming and displayed impatience even though I explained that this was my first visit. I’ll stick with Ram’s Horn.

Panera Bread recently held its grand opening in Southgate, and guests are sharing their thoughts. The people here are nice, and the lattes are loved. The bread bowls with soup are a favorite, and the workers were accommodating by making a fruit cup without pineapple pieces. The ladies working the register were very nice and understanding, providing 10/10 service. A guest with poor eyesight was recommended to use the kiosks for the menu and then pay with cash at the counter. A guest with a sensitivity to spice was allowed to try a small sample of the barbeque sauce used for the smokehouse barbeque chicken sandwich. They ordered theirs without onions and got a chicken soup, which was delicious. The soda machine is clean and the drinks are fresh. During the grand opening, a free cookie and Panera Bread coasters were given out. The chocolate chip muffie was especially loved. The staff was friendly and welcoming, though there was a little wait in the drive-thru on opening day. The parking lot was very crowded. Guests hope the good service and clean, friendly environment continue, and some may become regulars.
