“Love the cookies, not sure why I NEVER get a receipt, I ALWAYS have to request one, are you saving paper? Plus, why do they ALWAYS ask if I'm tipping? When they ask I don't, when they don't, I do. I need my recipes for my taxes, I have to have ALL recipes for taxes as I am a work traveler for the Hospital a few miles away from this store. I don't use the kiosk to order so I have to wait for someone to come to take my order but that's normally only a couple minutes but kinda crazy when you have half a dozen plus workers but I guess that's what I get for wanting the personal interaction. Tipping shouldn't be even mentioned, in my opinion, by your team to the customer, when I'm at a restaurant, the cook doesn't come out and ask me if I'm tipping today. Thanks.
