“I visited this restaurant last week and had their ribeye steak and I have to admit it was the "best steak" I've had in awhile. You could darn near cut it with a fork. The service was good and accommodating with what you wanted or needed. The meal was a little pricey at $39.00 a plate plus tip but it was really tasty and filling. I would love to eat there every week if I could.“

He was so friendly, and even though we offered to take the order from him at his car since we were already outside, he was like oh no no I can bring it inside for you guys no problem.Also, the lady who took our order earlier that day was also patient with me. “This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . Vegetarian options: Just ask them if they have more options or if they can make up something. Like your normal pizza but with your specific toppings.
