“My brother in law found this place because he was diagnosed with diabetes, he likes the sweets and their keto cookies are amazing. They have all sorts of sweet baked goods, but the cookies and the keto cheese cake will take the edge off for the sweet baked goods cravings. This is a neat neighborhood business that is clean, offers great goods and the service is very friendly. Give them a chance and you will discover that you will not be disappointed.

“This evening, I came in for dinner and drinks. I had the perch and my girlfriend had the polish dinner. Both were very delicious. The drinks were great! We sat at the bar and Heather was our bartender. She was fantastic! I highly recommend giving this bar a try. “Love the nostalgia of this ice cream parlor, the ice cream was incredible and you can tell they make it themselves in house! I had a scoop of the birthday cake and scooby doo and the were out of this world! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was due to slow service. The kids in there did what they could but I believe they were short staffed. Other than that. This is some of the best ice cream I've had in the area!

Parking: They do have a small parking lot so on a busy day you might have to park in the street.

The experience started with the warm welcome from Howrah, a truly radiant and gracious Middle Eastern host. Her kindness and attention to detail instantly made me feel at home. “This place is amazing. Turkish coffee is delicious and my favorite. I enjoy my regular coffee with heavy whipping cream, maple syrup and cinnamon. However, I took a sip of the Turkish coffee just as it was prepared and was delicious and full of flavor. Extra hot (my request), plain with a layer of smooth syrup coffee grounds on the bottom. Yes, sounds odd, but don't judge until you try it. True coffee lovers will appreciate the smooth taste. The service was wonderful and the staff was willing to answer any questions. Also, any of the wonderful desserts will compliment your coffee. This is my number one coffee shop!! ❤️“

“Stopped by to order two drinks— lemon mint and honey avocado. The service was quick and we got the fresh drinks under 5 minutes. The lemon mint had a lot of fresh mint and was kind of like a slushee because of the amount of crushed ice and sugar. The honey avocado was smooth and definitely more filling. While we were waiting for the drinks, got a glimpse of the fresh fruits. All the fruits looked fine other than the strawberries which were covered with white mold. Would not recommend any of the strawberry drinks after seeing the strawberries.“

“Los Amigos at 7667 North Wayne Road is a pleasure and a treat. I love the décor. Parrots hanging from the ceiling and fancy-cut colored paper throughout. I haven’t sat at the bar but it is tastefully designed as well. The paintings on the wall are very nice and so are the one embedded in the tables. My favorite dish at Los Amigos is the Camerones Chipotle. This is a plate of grilled shrimp in chipotle sauce and comes with rice, beans, avocado and tortillas. The smoky flavor of chipotle peppers is one of my favorites. The presentationof the meal is excellent as well. The staff is ready and engaged when we visit. Even at times when they were very busy we felt welcomed and had plenty of space and attention at our table. Prices are reasonable and there is plenty of parking. There are lots of shopping opportunities nearby including the Westland Mall which is a short walk or drive away.“
