“A brightly decorated interior greets you as you enter. Then you're greeted by the very friendly staff and seated @ your table. I chose the rolled beef tacos combo and was not disappointed. The tacos were fried to perfection and enrobed in sour cream and guacamole sauce then covered in shredded cheese. Another plate was filled with rice and refried beans and once again covered in melted cheese. A generous portion of chips and salsa was also served. Finally, I had a delicious margarita that was excellent.“

“The first time I went I got the BBQ SPLIT. It was delicious. So I ordered tale out yesterday n got ribs , potato salad amd mac n cheese. The ribs were horrible I mise well should have been eating some tuff beef jersey. The potato salad was horrible also. But I will say they have great customer service amd the BBQ SPLIT HITS!!!“

“We came here for dinner and sat in the bar. The server we had was excellent and the burgers were perfectly cooked. Love the cold slaw too. However there was a shrieking kid behind us and I wasn't aware that children were allowed in the bar. The evening would have been more pleasant without him. We are here for a long weekend and the hotel recommended that we come here.“

“My family is here at least twice a week. You will not find a better service staff in the area. Food is delicious and they offer chefs specials on weekends and keeps the menu rotating. As a family dealing with gluten allergies, this is a great place to keep on your list if you have special food requirements. They are very careful with customer food needs. “This is a very unique restaurant. The menu is very robust I don't know what to say other than the shrimp, oh my God the shrimp. The shrimp here were better than any seafood place that I can think of. I will come back here just to get the shrimp. Now that I am off of my shrimp boat I will say the nachos were quite tasty the Reuben was also very good. The carrot cake was alright. The restaurant itself is pretty nice however everybody is packed in there pretty good. Will be returning some day.“

“Last week we had our family lunch at Charlie's. Great venue for a private together. Nice room located away from the main restaurant. Our waitress Jillian was awesome. Great personality and very attentive to everyone's needs. Food was all serviced at the same time, and the fish and chips was a big hit with our group.“

“We decided to try this place because helllooo...fried fish lol. Most places make you buy a big meal but I love that they have smaller meals in case you want something small on the go! The fish was perfect. The fries are good but would be better if the fish wasn't sitting on top because they get soggy. But I ate them anyway and enjoyed everything!“

“Always enjoy the burgers, but Dad and I went for lunch and had the three-piece walleye dinner. Although a little expensive for lunch prices, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We spent about $50 for the two of us all said and done. Dad took one of the fillets home and I only finished two and a half of the three pieces. He came out very crispy, not too greasy. Fries and coleslaw were both good.“

“This was a great find. Clean and inviting. French fries are great. Crispy and seasoned. Was a fun find. Ice cream was also very good. I prefer hard ice cream over soft serve but the soft serve was very good. Would definitely recommend. Seemed like a fun local hang out.“

“Food was delicious as always. I was there with my husband celebrating our anniversary, gave him our drink order which took longer than usual but we excused this. Then proceeded to give him our appetizer order and meal order, low and behold, came out at the same time!!! I then asked the girl that brought out our food for some marinara sauce, I waited 6-7 minutes for it and finally had to ask the hostess for some. “We saw this place on our way to a bar and wanted to check it out. We stepped in and realized it was a music venue too! We came in early enough to get in without cover, but the space is really nice and has pinball machines. I'll have to come back when they have a band on because I bet this place gets packed. Atmosphere is superb, staff beyond friendly, food is delicious, drinks aplenty and prices very reasonable. We had our own party room set aside after initially gathering around the bar. “My family and I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for over 20 years. And the blizzards are our usual go-to. We get the reese peanut butter cup blizzard most of the time. I planned on getting a cherry freeze for myself and 2 blizzards for my hubby and son but their slush machine was broken which is why I gave them the 4 stars and the employee that took my order wasn't very friendly. Normally the employees are a little more friendly or at least smile etc she just seemed annoyed and that just kills your experience especially when you're going for ice cream. Everyone knows ice cream means HAPPINESS! LOL“

“First let me say that I was skeptical about this place. I've driven by it many times and never thought to go inside then one day I decided and I was impressed, by the food not the actual inside of the place. The sandwiches are huge and each of them comes with fries. The chili sauce is meh but I'm from Detroit so I could definitely be bias. They never answer the phone but the service is quick even if you want in and place your order.“

If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. “It definitely lives up to its name. Tucked into a corner, you would have to know where you're going. I've traveled the US and Mexican is my favorite. I judge a Mexican restaurant by its chips and salsa. Their's were the best. The dishes we ordered were great. Try the guacamole. “

“First time visit to Charlie's for my girlfriend and myself, wow. For a little hole-in-the-wall we both left with full stomachs very glad to have stopped. My girlfriend wanted ice cream, I was more interested in the burgers. She order a burger with her liking of topping and tots and I got myself a double burger with cheese because the photos online made the single burger seem small. After we ordered we quickly received our food and I was blown away by the size of the patties! Thick patties, cheese melted wonderfully. I also ordered the all beef hotdog with just ketchup, keeping it simple. Talk about simply fantastic. The hotdog was without question top 3 I've ever eaten. I forget the exact flavor she order for the ice cream but she said it had little chocolate chunks she could not stop eating. TL:DR - Would recommend even as a non-local, will be coming back here again!“

“Their chicken shawarma plate and wrap are FANTASTIC! The hummus plate with veggies and pita is also very good, especially the pickles. Their servings are generous and the attached mini-grocery is packed full of awesome Mediterranean goodies. The workers are kind and helpful. I wish where were more tables to sit at, but we've still been there multiple times because the food is soooo good!“

“Stopped for a quick bite before Monster Jam on St. Patty's Saturday. Super friendly staff. Limited menu and fried food needed to be taken out a little sooner bc it was a little too done. Had the Jiggs dinner on waitresses recommendation and their corned beef was so good. Nice atmosphere for a small bar. And thanks for the corned beef to celebrate the holiday! “I was looking for a local tavern. I must say... it's like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere and good food. In my opinion, my favorite are the Chicken Wings. The seasoning they use is outstanding. If you are every around OB's stop by and try the wings for yourself. I defiantly recommend OB's for wings.“
