“I can’t explain how much I enjoyed my first dinner at Ciao. My son took me out for Mother’s Day and this is where we decided to go. I went all the way to Italy and back only a week ago in search of amazing food (specifically pasta in a cheese wheel) and it turns out I just had to go to Toledo. Gino, our server was personable and attentive. Excellent service!!“

“The fettuccine alfredo & tortellini wasn’t worth the price. The tortellini reminded me of chef Boyardee in a can. I recommend the Italian food at Antonio’s Italian cuisine or Olive Garden. The waitress was very polite, the atmosphere was great, however I wouldn’t eat any Italian dishes from here again.“

“Honestly loved the food, the atmosphere, and our waiter was great! Parking lot right across street was only $5. They have a fun and unique drink menu as well. Made for a perfect date night!

Parking: Downtown you can park free in the street after 6 I believe and the weekends, but there are no spots directly by restaurant. There is a paid lot right beside restaurant and one large lot across the street.

“Please don't expect to get service at the window, even if you order ahead online. Apparently, walk-in customers will be priority then you will be "behind" all of them. We waited 18 minutes and online it says this is a time that is less busy than usual and usually no wait. One make your own bowl was missing a lot of the veggies selected. Pepperoni stick was not even wrapped. But we got a free cookie for our $46 order

“Overall good experience at this Olive Garden. Hadn't been to one in a long time but the revamped menu made sense with solid Italian entree choices. Our waitress Jax was super great and very friendly. I had spaghetti and meat sauce which was good, sauce needed more meat I thought. I got sauteed shrimp on it as well and those were tasty. My wife got the Five Cheese Ziti al forno and that looked and tasted good. We both got the sausage potato soup which was a pleasant surprise. Breadsticks were ok, marinara we got with them was nothing special. My wife got an Italian margarita and that was nicely made. If you have a hankering for Italian and want good value, Olive Garden is your place!“

“Have been going here for along time. First time ordering pizza though. I ordered extra sauce which I did not get and only ate a few slices. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“
