“Old school, Detroit style bar with charbroiled burgers. It’s about the only place left in Detroit where you can find one. I literally drive across town just to get one on the regular. Makes me nostalgic for the days Detroit had charbroiled burgers everywhere.“

“Food was good and service was acceptable (nothing special) but you had a group of 5 guys leave your restaurant last night somewhat bewildered after your waitress Katarina made it quite clear she was not happy with the 20% tip we gave her. Apparently, our stay of about 3 hours eating and drinking was excessive. We may not be back.“

“Top 10 Dive bar in Michigan. Everyone tries to keep this place hidden, but the food is phenomenal and the bartenders are excellent.

Cozy, and well worth it. 10/10.

“We enjoy places that offer a Happy Hour which includes FOOD options. I do not drink alcohol, but I enjoy trying new places and offering a happy hour menu with food allies me to do that. Clam chowder was good, wings were ok, we did ask for extra crispy but we didn't get that ( I think many kitchens are on auto pilot and don't always look at the guest's request, this happens a lot with french fries being undercooked), dynamite shrimp was good but I could have used more seasoning. Brit was our server and was fantastic. I also appreciated that the other staff members were helping each other by clearing plates, bowls, etc. . Great causal place.“

“I have been coming here a little over a decade now and I’ll say after trying their fish and chips for the first time I have to give a huge shout out their food here it’s amazing clean fresh and prices are very good compared to other places I try to have dinner at me and my girlfriend are here every Tuesday Monday and Friday for their specials 10$ best ribs and fries ever burger Monday’s best burger and fries 10$ finally made my way for the Friday fish special and honestly best and favorite place for food specials thanks z for taking care of that order for me when my phone died I couldn’t pay for my carryout via tap and z said don’t worry about it til next time that meant a lot to not make it a big deal and so I will say I’m very picky and when it comes to food here it checks off everything. “Rochester Mills is a great place to meet upnwith friends or family. The food and beer are great as far as pub food. The service is always nice, but frequently casual/slow. If you are in a hurry, I would recommend letting the server know. The restaurant is large and can accommodate a big group.“

“The food was decent. We went for Lobster fest. We got the lobster tower with the waffle. The sauce is hot honey.. which spicy stuff really bothers my stomach... the did not have regular syrup which was strange because they serve brunch but they did give me regular honey. The camel cheesecake was so good! Lobster Bisque was creamy abs great taste, but barely any Lobster. It is super small abs we were packed in fur sure. Definitely no private conversations or private eating. My husband loved his Lobster Alfredo and our sushi roll was good. The Dubai cochlear heart was god. A couple of pieces is good enough. They dust out the strawberry sauce on it abs I had to mention it. I was told they must have ran out. Then I got some that was just made but it had a sour taste.. My husband would love to go back . But I wouldn't be mad if we did not.“

“I belong to a group that has a regular meeting in July every year. This is the Second year in a row that we held it at 5th Ave. We had our event there this past Saturday and 5th Ave knocked it out of the park just as they did last year!

Megan set us up just as asked, and the venue was perfect for our members to converse and meet up! The staff was very friendly and helpful! What really stood out was the flatbread pizzas. Our membership was raving about the great pizzas!

We will defiantly have our event there again next year if they will have us!“
