“I've been to many subways and this is by far the best one I have been to. The owner who is making the subs often remembered my exact sub after I only ordered it 2 times (and it is not a simple order)! The cleanliness is also unmatched, the owner always makes sure to close all the meat and veggies and has the entire prep station at least twice as clean as any other subway I've been to. If you frequent subway and are in the area I would even drive further to go here for the cleanliness, the customer service, and I mean c'mon he could make my sub without me saying a word. Nicest guy.“

“My favorite cold sub is the #9 Club Supreme. And in the hot subs, the #15 Meatball and #18 Chicken parm are really good. They do a really great job and the "Mike's Way" with the oil and spices creates a flavor I don't get anywhere else.“

“Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“I have gotten Firehouse catered for several meetings and a very large event. Sunny and Rita are always so great and accommodating, as well as on time when I get the catering delivered. Everytime I have ordered I get outstanding service, great communication, and our staff always loves the subs. This is also one of the only places I know with gluten free bread that is actually good. Highly recommend for lunch or a catering!“

My boss, one of the owners, Mr. Tom Paganes, was a wonderful owner to work for!Mr. Tom Paganes gave me a personal loan to buy a car that I wanted and I did not have established credit to purchase. There was no payroll deduction back then and he loaned me the money I needed to buy this car! I have the up most respect for the Tubby's company because of how they treat thier employees! I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “First time eating @Penn Station. Most definitely will dine in again. Aaron was a great host! My daughter had a cheesesteak and I had a hot italian, fries, and lemonades. Fries were better than 5 Guys and lemonades reminded us like the fresh squeeze ones you get at a festival. Everything hit better than anticipated. The store was clean.“

I've been a regular customer at the Subway located within my local Walmart and have consistently had positive experiences. Firstly, the cleanliness of the restaurant is always impressive. The dining area and preparation areas are consistently well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment.

Secondly, the staff is consistently courteous and patient. They never rush me through my order, allowing me to take my time and make selections without feeling pressured. Furthermore, I rarely experience any significant wait times, whether it's during peak hours or off-peak times.

“Tubby’s always has good food. The service was above and beyond though. I had a large party order and showed up early for pick up. The Tubby’s team accommodated me, even though I was early, and were very cognizant of my event (food going to multiple locations). They packed all my food to make it easier for me to deliver to all my locations. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it was so appreciated. I’ll certainly go back again, personally, but also use them for future corporate events because they were so helpful and caring. This sort of personal service seems harder to find these days; it set them apart from many other local sandwich shops.“

“Best sub place around! I'm sensitive to both gluten and dairy, but I would not consider myself highly sensitive since I don't have issues with cross contamination. That being said I have never had a problem after eating at this Tubby's. They have gluten free sub buns! Only sub shop I know that has them. And their website has an allergen chart so it's easy to figure out what you can and can't eat. At this location they always clean the grill and change gloves since they know I'm sensitive to dairy and gluten. The food is always good and it takes a little longer than fast food but is worth the couple extra minutes. Highly recommend eating here.“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“
