“I've been to many subways and this is by far the best one I have been to. The owner who is making the subs often remembered my exact sub after I only ordered it 2 times (and it is not a simple order)! The cleanliness is also unmatched, the owner always makes sure to close all the meat and veggies and has the entire prep station at least twice as clean as any other subway I've been to. If you frequent subway and are in the area I would even drive further to go here for the cleanliness, the customer service, and I mean c'mon he could make my sub without me saying a word. Nicest guy.“

“This place recently came under new ownership. The new owner is AMAZING. I've been a cook my entire life, and the freshness and cleanliness of this location are both impressive. “Good place. Soups are classic made on site standbys. Sandwiches are generous and of good quality. Pretty good fries. The least favorite thing I experienced is they use a griddle fry butter type of product with a strong flavor and kind of a lot of it. So the bread on your grilled sandwich tastes of it.“

I also asked about allergens such as peanuts, legumes, pea protein, etc. My fiance and I were impressed how careful they are with vegan sandwich preparation and cross-contamination. They handle everything separately and are very careful. My fiance has many food allergies, so we have to be careful! We also can’t eat out a lot because of this as well, so this was a treat for us. “OMG yum! I am joyfully surprised! I ordered the chicken tenders and chicken spring rolls. Tenders were still juicy and crisp even after a 15 minute drive home. The spring rolls though, take the win. So crunchy, sweet and salty, absolutely perfect flavors! Your homemade sauces are on point too. Love the bbq ranch combo. Absolutely give them a try! Don’t leave without a strawberry lemonade either!“

“Very good subs! Ingredients seem very fresh. Definitely will pick up another sub. Was craving a sub sandwich and at the recommendation of a family member stopped by on the way home. Did not disappoint. I had a turkey Swiss sub on sesame bread with mayo, mustard, oil, and veggies. Chips, pasta salad on the side. The potato salad looked good too.“

“Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“Tubby's is #1 for taste & quality of ingredients, in my opinion! I was employed by the company from 1980 thru 85 and let me tell you, the owners of Tubby's are like family. My boss, one of the owners, Mr. Tom Paganes, was a wonderful owner to work for!Mr. Tom Paganes gave me a personal loan to buy a car that I wanted and I did not have established credit to purchase. There was no payroll deduction back then and he loaned me the money I needed to buy this car! I have the up most respect for the Tubby's company because of how they treat thier employees! “I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. One thing I always worry about with new places is that after a short time, service and quality starts fading. My experience today...my cup was over filled and exploded on my shirt, my order was incorrect once it made it out of the kitchen, and no apology was offered for the mistake. “Pretty good. Reason for 4 stars is that it is a sort of older tubbys. The microphone for the drive through is pretty horrible and hard to understand. I've also noticed that the wait for subs at this tubbys Is longer than the wait at other ones. The good side is that this is the only tubbys that gives you free chips or cookie for every $10 paid with cash. Still will go, just not feeling the 5 star review till some updates get made :) Food is the same quality as any other Tubbys.“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“Well let me first start off by saying I have visited other subway locations and by far this is the cleanest establishment I have ever been to. Clean, organized and spotless and all the food and meat in the counter was fresh and looked delicious. There are 2 girls that work there and they are the nicest and sweetest people that I have encountered. The manager Christine one day listened to me vent about another location (23 mile and van dyke, cough cough) that I was having an issue with and she made me feel calm and advised me on what to do and she was an exceptional manager, she was calming me down while staying professional about another franchise location and I appreciated that from her. I am going to drive 4 miles out of my way to give this location my business. I loved the customer care and great service from Deanna and Christine and I hope they are always busy and successful because they have excellent customer service and that’s what people should look for. You give respect and you will get respect in return, so keep what up the wonderful job. You girls rock!!!!“

And my order came fairly quickly.The interior is pretty typical of a fast-food style restaurant: mostly fixed booths with some accessible tables & chairs.Loving a steak & cheese sandwich, I ordered the mushroom steak & cheese. I got it to go and made the 5 minute drive home.It was just warm when I got there so I had to pop it into the nuke-o-matic for about 40 seconds to get it to a decent temp. Leave it in the paper & the bread won't dry out.The amount of cheese I found quite light. Wasn't expecting tomato in there either but it worked.I'll be going back to try some other choices and will adjust if needed.Parking: Angle parking around the sides like any fast-food restaurant.
