“I have loved KFC since I was a kid. husband wanted it so bad last night so we ventured out. got home the chicken was luke warm but not bad. we got the $20 fill up. 8 pieces of chicken. I pulled out the first piece and thought it was a given nugget but it was a wing, second piece same thing. I counted the pieces thinking maybe they just threw these I but no they counted it a piece. check this out.“

I went inside today to place my order to ensure the order was right, and that I received everything I ordered they are all Spanish speaking employees blasting Spanish music, I thought I was at a Mexican restaurant, but I'm not, I'm at an American food restaurant, what's the deal with this.
So what happened with American speaking employees.
These employees don't understand you or your order, it's wrong and never right the last 3 times I went.
This time forgetting my three large sides.
The English is broken and I do not speak Spanish.
Bring back some American speaking employees so to ensure orders are right.
The food is still delicious, just need Americans working in these types of places .
English is necessary to understand the customer. Also no one answers the phone to make a complaint about the order being wrong.
Then didn't give me.my receipt so I couldn't pick up my three large sides.
Even tho I paid with my card, they didn't UNDERSTAND.
ILL BE GOING TO THE DIVISION STREET LOCATION FROM NOW ON.
AT LEAST THEY SPEAK ENGLISH.
DO BETTER OR CLOSE DOWN.“

“Went in for breakfast our waitress Deb was superb. The food was delicious. However first couple times I went for dinner was not impressed with the seasoned meat felt like it was a bit bland. Have not tried dinner again since letting the training kick in and see if it gets better. But the food for breakfast everything I have had so far is amazing smells good ? tastes good. And the staff is always friendly. ? Thanks guys. Welcome to Coopersville.“

“Decided to try it because it’s right near where I am currently working...Place makes some amazing Wings!! French fries are better than anywhere else too!! Flavor is just….Next level!! I get my lunch here at least once a week…Sometimes more. Definitely somewhere everyone should try!!“

“I lived in the south for a few years, and I've had a hard time finding places in the midwest with good fried chicken. Rika's is the best fried chicken I've had since I left Tennessee in 2019. It's a low-key family owned restaurant with decent prices and amazing chicken“

“If I lived here, I would come here every week, but I'm from out of town. We came here and ordered blue gill, catfish, Mahi Mahi, and perch. Each fish was seasoned, breaded, and fried to perfection and without a doubt, I can say this was the best fish I've ever eaten from a shop.“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

ack in thanking them for their service and asked if I could fill my water bottle, they were so gracies. I gave them 100 bucks to split. Small white girl, heavy set guy and a smaller cook. I said split for your kindness. The joy they had. Owner..do the same..reward your workers. 100 bucks to u may seem nothing but others it makes them cry“

“My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up more wings,drumsticks and thighs. We growned, but decided to stay and wait. He felt bad and apologized and then said "Would you be willing to take 2 Chicken breasts in place of the other 2 pieces"? We said "Sure!,Thank you"! It was all very delicious and filling, and really helped to make our day even better. That was really very kind of him and you could tell that he works from the heart. Thank you“

“On Monday evening, I visited the Standale store after rushing home from work and collecting my two young kids. I had a 16' equipment trailer behind my truck with 6000 lbs of material, which meant I could not squeeze through a drive-thru. I waffled on what to do, and there was no available parking. So, I remote started the truck, ran inside, to which a very kind customer let me pass, and the cashier named Jim urgently took my order and, without hesitation said he would bring the food to the truck, so that I could quickly get back to the kids. I was probably in and out in 2 minutes. Just a few minutes later, Jim came out with the order, and spoke to me like a true human, and said hi to the kids. And when the chocolate milk was missing, he ran back inside and grabbed two bottles, with apologies.
Chick-fil-A is built on service, so, I wasn't shocked that this would be the one place where they'd go above and beyond, but even then, it left a memorable mark on me. I had to leave a glowing review. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. Coming off an instance of bad service just days ago, this was incredibly refreshing. Thank you Jim and Chick-fil-A!“
