“The lady who said the pita was dry clearly didn’t know what she was talking about. This place slaps. Always consistent, always good. Service feels like home, and the food hits every time. Sad the clam chowder’s wasn’t that great, but the OP pita and coney dog were both solid. $25 for lunch isn’t bad at all. Get there before 11am for the good deals.“

“Our food was delicious and the portions were large! We were there for breakfast. Prices are about average for these days. And considering my omelet was enough for two meals, it was worth it.

Our table was very sticky when we sat down. Staff seemed a little perturbed when we asked them to clean it.

“CK Diggs is an absolute gem near downtown Rochester! The food was amazing — everything we ordered was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We tried the boneless wings, nachos, quesadillas, Reuben sandwich, Southwest pasta, Cajun steak strips, pretzel bites, and Beijing beef — and every single dish was delicious.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The Cookie Monster and carrot was was beyond delicious.

“This place has been around for almost 20 years and this was our first time. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and they offered us a private room, “The Hop Room”. We can’t say enough about the food, staff, and overall experience. We’re beer nerds, so our party basically tried every beer on tap. I should have gotten a growler of the Disco Lemonade. All of the brews were SOLID. Between burgers, pizza, apps, and their craft sodas, everything was on point. Not one person in our party had an issue with their food or drinks. Except for a small sample of their grapefruit mead. That’s a no from me dawg. But seriously, everything and I sincerely mean EVERYTHING else was on point. Our server was fantastic and on the spot with everything. Show this place some love.“

“Last night my family and myself went to Grand Tavern for supper after a long day. Our waiter Xhorxh was absolutely amazing! Personally, I have dietary restrictions and explained to him that I am unable to have gluten, dairy, or egg. I had already pre-creeped the menu before arriving so I could find a meal that would be easy to hopefully adapt to my dietary restrictions. After explaining my restrictions Xhorxh was ON IT! He immediately spoke to the chef and the chef adapted my meal to my restrictions. Xhorxh did tell me that there could be a possible cross contamination with gluten on one of my sides and explained that they couldn’t guarantee that that one thing would be gluten free. Listen, not very often in the service industry do you come across a wait staff member or chef that made sure to cross all of the boxes. I ordered brussel sprouts as the appetizer without the cheese (I could have had three plates of that it was so good) and the cedar plank salmon and ordered two veggies as my side. IT was DELISH!!!!! Xhorxh also made sure that our drinks were constantly filled and took amazing care of our family. My MIL even made a comment after we received our meals how she really liked him as a waiter. I wished we had a Grand Tavern where we lived but unfortunately we are 8 hours away but we will absolutely be back when visiting family! ❤️“

“Still just a great place to hang out. We had a very big group. They easily accommodated us. Multiple checks were no issue. So different people could come and go with no issue. They have a very wide range of beverages to choose from.

“I love the new decor, the atmosphere is very warm, open and welcoming! The service has gotten so much better after we stopped coming to Leo's over two years ago when the service was ridiculously slow, the waitresses all stood around the cash register talking about their boyfriends and school and football games and so on while the customers sat waiting for service and even coffee refills. I wrote to the manager and got a nasty return about his family owns a major dining establishment besides Leo's and how his sister-in-law is the manager at Leo's and does and awesome job and so on and so on..... I am so happy a few weeks ago we stopped in, had remarkable service, 2nd to none in the area, the food was spot on perfect and the new decor is so refreshing! Our waitress yesterday was ADDIE A. she worked her tail off, made sure we had everything we needed and even stopped by a total of three times to apologize that we hadn't gotten our food yet and we could obviously see that you had gotten slammed after church, and we were there at a busy time! I have over 11,000 followers on social media platforms and give compliments on our dining experiences on YELP, GOOGLE, FACEBOOK & TRIPADVISOR when compliments are deserved as well as complaints are. BRAVO! You have won my wife and I over and you are now our goto restaurant for family style meals! We have been there three times in three weeks and pretty much will be regulars! Keep up the great work and make sure the waitstaff knows how much they are all appreciated and how their presence and personality sets the initial and sometimes everlasting impression! “Had the best experience here last weekend! My family had so much fun playing pool here, the drinks were good, the food was good, and best part was our service. Mona was very attentive to all of our needs and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. She had a great attitude and made sure we had a good time.
