Chicken Restaurants near Waterford

“This is basically on service. Ordered thru the mobile app and have found it’s a better way to order food. The counter people had our food ready and it was nice having to wait. I suggest the app to order vs. walking in or drive up ordering.

Atmosphere and exterior parking lot is simply bad.
Clearly the franchise owners are not investing or maintaining cleanliness inside or outside. They could do better I’m sure. Local managers appear to be slacking.

Food was okay 👀 I guess. I should be raving about it but the fact that I’m not is a message in itself. We always hope it’s fresh and hot but not so sure. Very inconsistent on the quality of the food. Hit or miss!

It’s the only location in northern Oakland county, and the alternatives for us are Chicken Shack 😕

Just being honest from my last experience. You have to decide on taking a chance.

Parking: This location heavy with the delivery service drivers. They tend to crowd up the counter area making it confusing where to go when you first walk in.

“The chicken that I got yesterday, was like it used to be several years ago!!! It was Great!!! Can't account for the disparage in quality between now and previous years. But yesterday, It was "The Colonel Sanders Original Recipe" chicken!!! Please keep it up...“

“This may be the best location in Michigan. All KFC chicken is good, but this was perfect. I ordered in the app which I highly recommend because size there are deals there not available in store. I arrived a bit early for my order, but went inside and told them I was there and my order was made fast. I waited Inside, which was very clean. I will definitely will be back to this location. I do hate how small their sides have become, but that’s a corporate issue.“

The lady working the drive through was absolutely amazing, hard to find people who are as nice and hard working as her. She informed me she was remaking my food because it wasn’t up to her standard of quality and told me where to wait. “I accidentally stumbled on Ray's and tried the #3 Ray's special. I was very pleased with the portions and the price. The fish was well cooked and seasoned, the chicken was great with nice sized tasty shrimp. Everything was clean and the cashier was nice. I've been searching for a good place like this to eat at and I am glad that I found Ray's and I will be back.“
