So, I placed my order through the app with the pickup being at another location. I get to the other location and am told that they have no roast beef! Yeah, I don't know how that happens, but anyhow. My order was already paid. So I call another Arby's twice and couldn't get them to answer the phone. I call this location and my call was answered quickly. I’m going to go ahead and give 4 stars it could be five I’ll tell you why ! The customer service is great and I never have a problem with my food ! Keep up the good work !!! On the other hand every time I get my drinks from here it’s never sweet , I think something is wrong with there machine , that’s like the only thing , I ordered a hi C with no ice and it tasted water down and a peach lemonade normally you have to squirt the syrup in there and i didn’t like it , I...read full review

Recently visited and the drive thru screen was completely black so we assumed that they were close and were driving away when they opened the window and told us to come pull around or come inside if we needed to see the menu. They were super helpful and very ready to get us what we needed!
