“Placed a pretty big order for Chicken Shack, for an 11am pick-up on Friday morning. Once the store/doors opened (at 11am) - my order was boxed up and ready to go within a few minutes. Extremely satisfied with the prompt service, and of course, the food was great!“

“First time I've been to a KFC in at least 6 mo. I hadn't been going quite as often because it seemed like every time I went they were out of something I wanted or my order was cold.
I'm happy to say that this time everything was great.
Very efficient/friendly service and my food was hot.
They also had everything that I wanted to order and this was very close to closing time.
I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I didn't go inside. I used the drive thru and I was in and out within 15 min or so. Very good visit. I will return again, and sooner this time.

“Sean is absolutely killing it tonight. Him and Chris are working quickly to get everyone taken care of. I could see it was just the two of them, yet they managed to still keep orders coming out quickly, and Sean was super interactive with me and the other person waiting when he'd pop up to the front. In between preparing food and checking on the customers, he was hustling to restock and clean. Sean is obviously such a hard worker, mad respect to him!“

“Came in today for the first time - Broasted Brothers deserves the highest rating! Not just for the food, but the customer service. It’s been a while since I’ve been treated with such kind hospitality in a food place. I got the gluten free chicken tenders, green beans, and potato wedges… all delicious! “I recently visited a fast-food restaurant and had a surprisingly pleasant experience, largely thanks to the excellent service provided by Saif. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Despite the busy lunch rush, Saif remained attentive and patient, taking the time to ensure my order was correct and answering all my questions.

The food itself was exactly what you’d expect from a fast-food joint—quick, fresh, and satisfying. I ordered a burger and fries, and both were served hot and well-prepared. While the menu doesn’t offer anything out of the ordinary, the overall quality was good for a fast-casual spot.

What really stood out, though, was Saif’s commitment to customer service. He checked in after I got my meal to make sure everything was to my liking, which you don’t often see in fast food. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated the experience.

“Been here several times and it's always been fresh and friendly. Today they somehow upped their game though: we stopped by for a quick bite after running around and I ordered the wrong item (3 pc mixed instead of the strips). They fixed my mistake (not theirs) without even hesitation. Out of all the chicken options in Livonia, Lee's is at the top of our list. Great team that takes guest satisfaction personally.“
