So my fiancé and I walked into jimmy johns on 59 and crescent lake road the woman with the brown hair I’m sure it was the manager was very rude and publicly humiliated and belittled the cook on a custom order. She huffed and puffed and said “no you understand it now” like he was a child. Everyone in the restaurant could hear it. Did anyone else get sick shortly after eating here on 7/6/26? This was my first time at this location, and the people were nice enough, I didn’t get my usual and opted for the special they were running because it was half the price. Maybe it was my bad choice to put cucumbers on it, but I’ve had really bad diarrhea since about nine hours later going on three days now. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the current outbreak in Michigan.
Never have the iced tea but you never know that until you already purchased a drink. Then today they tried to tell me they aren’t able to refund a drink. I’m diabetic. There’s nothing else I can drink at this terribly run location.
