Inside is romantic and cozy in winter. Food consistent. Yummy options. Elegant. Highly recommend. Susan in front is lovely and greets you with a smile every time.“

“This is my first review while waiting for breakfast to be made. Let me start by saying, the greeting was so warm and inviting. The restaurant smelled like grandmas kitchen before you even walked through the door. My fiance and I have tried to come before on our days off on the weekend and they have always been super busy and packed. Weekends understandably are busier. So this time we came on my day off during the week. The coffee is Amazing as is the fresh pressed orange juice. I can't wait to eat breakfast this morning. Our waitress Sonoma is very kind, attentive and helpful.

“Atmosphere was loud during football game but expected. Food was very good and staff was friendly. Kid friendly side as well as a "bar side" of the 2-fold facility. Limited parking out front but available all down the main road. Fresh made pizza was excellent.“

“Visited last nite for the first time. Met friends who came over from Laingsburg and we came from Lansing. My hubby loves gizzards. They were the first thing he saw on the menu. Thats all he needed to see. They were excellent. I had the southwest eggrolls. Loved em. We will be a more regular customer. Its a short drive and worth every mile. “I want to thank Terry at the Okemos, MI store for saving our family Christmas! I got there ten minutes after the store closed and I was devastated. I got on my phone to check their hours. To my surprise, someone answered the phone! When he found out I was in the parking lot, Terry came and let me in so that I could buy the ham for our party. He had to turn the lights on and reopen the register, but was nothing but friendly and cheerful! Many employees wouldn't have even answered the phone, but Terry went above and beyond. Thank you for making our family party meal a success! (By the way, the ham was absolutely delicious!)“
