“Fresh hot delicious food. We just moved to the area and are looking for local fried chicken places. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich deluxe meal. Also have had 8 piece meal shack pack previously. Always comes out crispy and piping hot, however stays juicy, not dry at all. Their portions are also generous. Staff are very friendly, patient, and quick. Area very clean. There is enough for seating for 8 people only at a bar style seating, otherwise no other sit down table available. Ample parking. Will definitely come back! They also have catering available, I grabbed a menu for when we host parties in the future. Will update review once we try the catering as well.”

“Our party of five enjoyed another fine meal at Maiz this past Monday. All the entrees were perfectly prepared and our server (wish I had recalled his name) was excellent. It's clear that the staff at Maiz enjoy their jobs and it shows in their positive attitude and treatment of their customers. Food portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. On this particular visit (at 5 PM on a Monday) the place wasn't too busy so the noise level was quite acceptable. We've been here during busier ties and the place can be quite lively so keep that in mind if you prefer a low-volume dining experience.”
