“Ok so I work in wixom and the Starbucks I usually go to (on Beck road) is closed so I started going to the one in new Hudson and LET ME TELL YOU how much I love this location. To make things better, my favorite barista from the location on Beck, Rachel, is now working at this location. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, this pure hearted woman bought my coffee and wrote me a cute fricking note on my cup. I live nowhere near this location and although I work a few miles away, I will come to this location as long as I feel boujee and need my cold brew, which will probably be forever. “I have been coming to this biggby since it opened and have always had a nice experience. The owner is really friendly and remembered my name and drink order from day one. As the years have gone on, I’ve come in a bit less frequently but still always had a nice experience.

Last year, my oldest kiddo started working here. Of course, we started visiting more frequently again. And through that experience I learned how involved Biggby is with the community. For example, did you know that if you visit Biggby during the KVC Youth Entrepreneur Market, you can receive a $5 voucher to spend at the market? Love that! Also, they host really fun social events like Bingo for Valentine’s Day and winner received a month of free Biggby drinks! Cool!

Although I’ve been coming here for so many years, I never really knew of the fun ways they are involved. Just love to see it ❤️ Thank you Karissa and whole Biggby team for being a valuable part of our town! The drinks are always wonderful and the service is always great!“

The atmosphere was great - not too loud, with a constant buzz of enjoyment throughout (the seats were all filled - so clearly we weren’t the only ones who enjoy this location!). “I absolutely love this Tim Hortons. The location on Haggerty is my favorite one in the whole state. Every time I come here, I know I am going to have a great experience, whether it is a quick coffee run or grabbing something to eat.

Although I will say it is right next to the parking garage so it is lower than other stores. The prices were alright for the size but you do have to add boba to make it boba which costs what the menu says. Overall really nice and recommend.“

I went inside and the Barista immediately took my order, assisted me with my points redemption, & made my drinks to perfection.

The place was very clean, was well stocked, and busy with many patrons utilizing the computer setups they have.

“They make the best Frappucinos at this location but i just think its ridiculous that they close 30 minutes before they are actually supposed to close so they can clean the blender. Normally you close at your advertised time and then clean up to go home. Just change your hours if you want to stop taking orders 30 min before you close. Please dont post that you are open till 8 if you stop taking orders at 730. this is a new thing by the way because i used to walk in after 730 and be able to order. other than that their drinks are the best here.“
