“Ok so I work in wixom and the Starbucks I usually go to (on Beck road) is closed so I started going to the one in new Hudson and LET ME TELL YOU how much I love this location. To make things better, my favorite barista from the location on Beck, Rachel, is now working at this location. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, this pure hearted woman bought my coffee and wrote me a cute fricking note on my cup. I live nowhere near this location and although I work a few miles away, I will come to this location as long as I feel boujee and need my cold brew, which will probably be forever. Thank you so much, Rachel. You frickin angel. You made my whole year.“

Their Taro Milk Tea and Kung Fu Milk Green Tea are personal favorites, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. They also have lots of customization options for sweetness and ice, which is a big plus. The service is quick and the staff are always friendly. The atmosphere was great - not too loud, with a constant buzz of enjoyment throughout (the seats were all filled - so clearly we weren’t the only ones who enjoy this location!). A shout-out to Travis the GM and Erikka our server. Erikka was attentive, patient, and on top of things the entire time. I can’t wait to return with my family!“

“On my way home from a long day, and I was in need of my favorite drink from Starbucks (Green Tea Frappuccino). I pulled over to find the nearest store, but then realized I had actually pulled into a newer Starbucks location; Bonus!

I went inside and the Barista immediately took my order, assisted me with my points redemption, & made my drinks to perfection.

The place was very clean, was well stocked, and busy with many patrons utilizing the computer setups they have.

We continue to look forward to being in that area again and swinging by for a tasty drink.“

“It was a busy christmas eve at Starbucks today. i purchased an iced mocha Frappuccino. it was a Delicious beverage, though it was a bit sweet for my taste. i write this review to praise the service team. despite the long line, those in the kitchen worked very efficiently and the young woman at the register (her name tag said Katelyn) was very kind with a heartwarming smile. overall, i had a Wonderful experience at starbucks today.“

“They make the best Frappucinos at this location but i just think its ridiculous that they close 30 minutes before they are actually supposed to close so they can clean the blender. Normally you close at your advertised time and then clean up to go home. Just change your hours if you want to stop taking orders 30 min before you close. Please dont post that you are open till 8 if you stop taking orders at 730. this is a new thing by the way because i used to walk in after 730 and be able to order. other than that their drinks are the best here.“

“I hope the right people see this, I go here almost everyday for coffee, before the pandemic and I continue to go now. I have watched them struggle with employees come and go. I believe her name is Cheryl, she's normally at the window in the morning, she is always working hard, helping new people, and making sure people get their stuff as quickly as possible. I hope that the workers that have stuck around, working extra hours, and dealing with rude impatient customers are taken care of. Given raises, praise, and let known they are appreciated. I was still craving it so I stopped at this location on my way to an appointment. She asked how I was and I told her sad cause my white mocha this morning didn’t have syrup in it so I’m here for my fix. She righted it even though she didn’t have to. Amazing customer service. I just found my new regular location. ♥️♥️“
