“Ok so I work in wixom and the Starbucks I usually go to (on Beck road) is closed so I started going to the one in new Hudson and LET ME TELL YOU how much I love this location. To make things better, my favorite barista from the location on Beck, Rachel, is now working at this location. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, this pure hearted woman bought my coffee and wrote me a cute fricking note on my cup. I live nowhere near this location and although I work a few miles away, I will come to this location as long as I feel boujee and need my cold brew, which will probably be forever. “Fantastic!! First time visiting. Met a colleague for a working breakfast. Food was excellent - flavor, texture, temp, and presentation were all top notch. Service was excellent as well. The atmosphere was great - not too loud, with a constant buzz of enjoyment throughout (the seats were all filled - so clearly we weren’t the only ones who enjoy this location!). A shout-out to Travis the GM and Erikka our server. Erikka was attentive, patient, and on top of things the entire time. I can’t wait to return with my family!“

“On my way home from a long day, and I was in need of my favorite drink from Starbucks (Green Tea Frappuccino). I pulled over to find the nearest store, but then realized I had actually pulled into a newer Starbucks location; Bonus!

I went inside and the Barista immediately took my order, assisted me with my points redemption, & made my drinks to perfection.

The place was very clean, was well stocked, and busy with many patrons utilizing the computer setups they have.

We continue to look forward to being in that area again and swinging by for a tasty drink.“

I ordered two single scoop waffle cones: one Honey Lavender and the other Moo Mint. Both were exceptionally delicious flavors. The Honey Lavender was unique and tasted a bit like Fruit Loops. The only 'bad' thing about this trip was the ice cream itself was barely in the cone when given to me.“

I believe her name is Cheryl, she's normally at the window in the morning, she is always working hard, helping new people, and making sure people get their stuff as quickly as possible. I hope that the workers that have stuck around, working extra hours, and dealing with rude impatient customers are taken care of. Given raises, praise, and let known they are appreciated. I was still craving it so I stopped at this location on my way to an appointment. She asked how I was and I told her sad cause my white mocha this morning didn’t have syrup in it so I’m here for my fix. She righted it even though she didn’t have to. Amazing customer service.
