“This evening, I came in for dinner and drinks. I had the perch and my girlfriend had the polish dinner. Both were very delicious. The drinks were great! We sat at the bar and Heather was our bartender. She was fantastic! I highly recommend giving this bar a try. I will add that I strongly recommend getting there before 5pm on Friday, because it was absolutely packed by then.“

“Stopped in for an iced caramel latte and an everything bagel with chive cream cheese both were delicious. The latte was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet, and the bagel tasted fresh with a really flavorful spread. The shop itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe with lots of food and drink options to choose from. A great spot to relax, work, or catch up with someone. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I recently visited Familias Saludables and it was a truly delightful experience. The pomegranate ice tea and banana shake with protein were not only delicious but also refreshing. Maria, the owner, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a healthy treat. I wish them continued success and can’t wait to visit again!“

“First time visiting from Ohio and I can't say enough about the food, coffee or service. Beyond 5 stars 🌟! The atmosphere and decor is amazing and beautiful. Exactly what you want in a coffee/food bistro. The service was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We even had a chance to chat with the owner and she was a pleasure to speak with. Do not listen to the nay sayers about this place because they're not telling you the real story. Come and experience for yourself and too will definitely be coming back for more. “The absolute best little bakery and cafe. Everything and I mean everything is delicious. It’s all home made from scratch and so so so good. It’s one of those places you can take anybody to and they’ll find something yummy to eat. It feels so good to be able to go out with my little daughter and be able to feed her good food she actually is excited to eat. A very special place!
Kid-friendliness: They are SO good about your littles. My girl loves everything there, cookies, sandwiches, soups, quiche. The staff is super kid-friendly. We go so often, my 2 year old girl loves them all!“

“Just left from getting a Tubbys and some treats. I went inside and the two young gentleman working provided great customer service to me. They made sure I got everything I needed and was satisfied. My food was also made quickly and is tasty.“
“First time trying the Iced Vanilla White Mocha. It tastes so good. If you getting it in the morning I recommend to get light ice so you can get a lot more coffee to get through the day. Pricing is a bit expensive for a cup of iced coffee but taste is on point.“

“Stopped at the BIGGBY Coffee in Flat Rock this morning as my usual BIGGBY stop was still not open after 6:10 am. Well, I’ll be frequenting the Flat Rock location from now on! Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door, quick service, and I believe it was the owner, gave me a stack of coupons to give to the teachers at my school! Excellent experience overall!!“

“Everytime I come here the service is outstanding! See my bf ordered a drink thru the app but HE, not the baristas, made a mistake ordering hot instead of frozen and the associate Jay remade the drink he had wanted with no questions asked and was very polite about it! Included coupons for the trouble as well ❤️ & both versions of the drink, hot & frozen, were delicious (definitely made with love!) the manager Dev was very kind as well!! I'll never go to the Southfield Rd Bigby again.. plus the service there is always subpar and drinks wrong even when ordered correctly.. but the service and deliciousness of the drinks at the outer drive location made my our day. If they see this thank you guys soooooo much, nothing like a great coffee with even better customer service! 🙂🙃“

“Accuracy matters at this location. The hostess Danielle is very kind and excellent at customer service. The dining area was very clean and the lady that made my food did a fantastic job and she remembered me. I felt welcomed. My experience was what dining at an establishment should be. I will gladly frequent this Panera location. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.“
