“Bought the Kickin' Grilled Cheese and Creamy Tomato Soup Value Duet for just under $10 after taxes. Great value and atmosphere.

- Kickin' Grilled Cheese: Softer bread, even after grilling. Good gooey cheese. With the Value Duet, you only get half a sandwich. Still a good deal.

- Creamy Tomato Soup: Great with the grilled cheese and even better with the spicy kick of the Kickin' Grilled Cheese. Thick and full of flavor.

- Baguette: Didn't order it, so I assume it comes standard with meals. It is on the tougher side, but not overly. Full of harty flavor.

- Service: Average. Made no mistakes. Orders are handled with pager pucks that vibrate somewhat violently.

- Atmosphere: Very accommodating for visiting one on one. Highly recommend them for this reason alone!

- Conclusion: All said, it was a great visit. They are known for healthy food, but be aware they are still fairly high in sodium (most meals will give you 100% or more of your daily need easily).

Parking: The parking lot can fill up easily, but there is plenty of availability at the Meijer just behind it.“

“My nephew and I shared a meal here today and our experiences ranged from very good to off the scale great. We tried a Hot Mess breakfast with eggs, potatoes, chorizo,etc; it was perfectly balanced (neither to spicy or bland), super fresh; loved it. We also got a grilled cheese, with pepper jelly. The bread was the best ever (toasted perfectly) and crunchy, and it wasn't to cheesy (some places put too much cheese which makes it messy) with just enough pepper jelly to create an original experience; and one of my favorite sandwiches of my life. The salad was the low point of the meal as it was merely perfect. We also got a chocolate croissant which was great and a pot de creme which was decadent and..can I say perfect again. This is my new favorite place“

Finding parking was easy, and the place had a quiet, welcoming vibe in the morning. The exterior features a glass garage-style design, giving it a cool, industrial feel—likely a renovated auto shop turned into a cozy café. Inside, the space is modern with stylish furniture and soft lighting, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done.

I ordered a cold brew with vanilla and a granola mug. The atmosphere was really pleasant, with a comfortable setup and a great view through the glass garage doors, overlooking the street. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy a coffee and unwind!“

But they're removing the only healthy thing on the menu...Also, seems like the bathroom sometimes is locked for a looooong time. I've had to run home numerous times. I want to love my neighborhood stop but the owners are making it hard.“

“Very good cafe for lunch on the ground of the Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. Had an excellent Reuben and my wife enjoyed her salad. Reasonable prices for the quality of food that was received. Also decor was light and airy and all the windows filled the space with natural light.“

Their shakes taste regular malts at an ice cream shops…the only difference is that these shakes are high protein, low sugar, low calories and there are so many delicious flavors to choose from!
