“I lived in the south for a few years, and I've had a hard time finding places in the midwest with good fried chicken. Rika's is the best fried chicken I've had since I left Tennessee in 2019. It's a low-key family owned restaurant with decent prices and amazing chicken“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up more wings,drumsticks and thighs. We growned, but decided to stay and wait. He felt bad and apologized and then said "Would you be willing to take 2 Chicken breasts in place of the other 2 pieces"? We said "Sure!,Thank you"! It was all very delicious and filling, and really helped to make our day even better. That was really very kind of him and you could tell that he works from the heart. Thank you“

“I pull up yesterday, 1/16 and within moments are blessed with the gracious service of a gentleman by the name of Amen or Ahmen (I apologize if I misspelled your name) his vibes were immaculate and I put my trust in him to make the best Nashville Chicken Famous Bowl & it absolutely slapped! He warned me there was coleslaw in it, and there was a mutual understanding that previous folks were not a fan of the coleslaw but I told him I ain’t picky and boy was that delicious, something about the pickles, coleslaw, nashville hot chicken that did something positive for the rest of my day. It gave me the fuel and power to finish strong at my 9-5 and strength to walk my super hyper doggo later in the afternoon as well the ability to reflect on my love for KFC and this specific location all thanks to Amen! We will be back weekly on my lunches— hope you see this!“

“Stopped by Wing Kingz with my coworker for lunch. Got the garlic parm and Cajun wings, took one bite and had to call up there to tell them how good they were. These wings were to die for! Hannah was so kind and informative as well! Thank you so much for existing. All around great service definitely recommend you give it a shot if you're in GR area!“

“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“Nice clean restaurant with great customer service I wasn't very impressed with my grill sandwich and the shack machine wasn't working on a hot day when that's what I really wanted on the bright side the waffle fries where hot and fresh and the cookies where good“

“Let me start by saying we love Chik-Fil-A. Mobile order drive thru lane here lacks typical Chil-Fil-A service during busy times. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders. Recent visit it took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.“
