“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

He also checked in a couple of times to ask if we needed anything else or if we were enjoying our food, which was thoughtful and attentive. “Always very polite (which is rare these days) & order is always correct. Food cooked well and packaged so when I ipen a sandwich (for ex) is not a sloppy food.

“I gave it a 4 mostly because the parking area had not been plowed asks it was difficult to get to the door; I know that it's MI in December, but get the lot plowed before the snow gets deep and frozen, icy mess. Otherwise, nothing negative on the experience.“
