“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“The food at QDOBA was good, consistent with what I’ve come to expect from any location. What really stood out was the service—Chau made my bowl and was very generous with the portions. He also checked in a couple of times to ask if we needed anything else or if we were enjoying our food, which was thoughtful and attentive. “There’s a gentleman that usually works evening/ night shift there I don’t know his name, but let me tell y’all his customer service and personality are by far the best and so refreshing to know some people still care about their service they provide! He makes jokes and puts a smile on your face! All while getting it right! My orders are never incorrect , my food is always hot and fresh.
