Cake was not ready at original agreed upon pickup time but like a responsible, customer-service mindset business owner, Cynthia made arrangements to deliver the cake to our location with no additional charge. “This location is so close to my house I love the convenience. Some days I have to wait in long lines or some days they maybe out of some products but covid hit this location hard. Most of the workers are great and give back the same energy as you give them. So if you are nice to them they are nice back and happy to assist with any of your needs. Today Corinne went over and beyond for me and I so appreciated everything she did for me that she didn’t have to. The other morning Mai stopped what she was doing and opened a real register for me because I only had cash and self check out isn’t excepting cash at this time. Sometimes you have to take a deep breath when things are perfect and realize the workers are stressed with the shortage of help and supplies not just you.
