Vertex Coffee Roasters Ypsilanti is a nice little spot to get work done or enjoy coffee. It offers plenty of gluten free options and vegan baked good options and mocktails. Popular drinks are pumpkin chai, apple cider chai, and earl grey mocha. The vibe is bright, clean, sparse. Refills cost $2.65 plus tip for a tiny 10 oz house mug of crushed beans; the first cup was barely warm and felt predatory, so one cannot have it all.
