“We recently got married (October 2024) and Lake Elmo Inn catererd our wedding. It was absolutely AMAZING! We had the prime rib carving station and the walleye as well as the duck soup and salad. Our guests are still talking about the food. We decided to upgrade to the "LEI Experience" which means each of your guests get a warm hand towel, an intermezzo sorbet, and a chocolate covered strawberry!!! We were over the moon with the service on the night of the wedding and all our communication with LEI throughout the process. Special shoutout to Kayla G. who was the most patient, professional, and kind event manager! She answered every single one of my (many) questions and she did so with a smile! On the night of the wedding, we were SO impressed with how fast the servers were able to get to each of our guest tables and keep the flow going. It was seamless, seriously. We cannot recommend Lake Elmo Inn Catering enough. They've total pro's and just know that you'll be in good hands. “We had Old Southern Bbq cater for our wedding and it was absolutely an amazingly positive experience! The director of catering, Amy, was so helpful and on top of everything. The catering team was absolutely wonderful! All of our guests ranted and raved about the food all night, especially the potato salad and the cornbread muffin tops. Would definitely recommend!”

“Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! I made Sundhine coffee for a brunch recently that I hosted and all of the attendees absolutely adored the coffee. I immediately recommended Sunshine coffee! Get the tinga torta to get your La Maria Taqueria journey started, or the burrito, or the birria, or the sopas, or the quesadilla... you can see where I'm going with this. It's a total surprise in such a small area to have such affordable, delicious, wonderfully crafted Mexican food. The staff is friendly and hard working, and the horchata is real and sooo good! “The other night we were headed to a friend‘s house and were in need of some dessert to bring along. My husband and I didn’t realize that Saint Croix Baking Company closed at 5 PM and it was already nearly 4:50 as we were making our way to the shop. I called and spoke with a woman named Olivia. She could not have been more helpful or delightful to speak with. She was more than happy to assist us with getting some desserts and said she would be around a little bit after close, wrapping things up at the shop and not to worry about arriving after 5 PM. She had our order boxed up and met us at the door when we arrived a few minutes after close. Good customer service is so hard to find these days! Olivia was not only friendly, she seemed genuinely excited to help us and wasn’t put out by our last-minute request whatsoever. Wonderful job, Olivia! Thank you so much for saving our night and helping us get some delicious desserts. Everything we ordered was incredible. Nice job on all accounts, St. Croix Baking Company.”

Jess, Suzi, Aimee, and Lauren are so friendly and they are so genuine- when they ask, they do want to know how you're actually doing. They do fundraising and support local businesses and causes in the community. they partner with a local bakery for yummy pastries. so good we always have a tab open.”
