“We recently got married (October 2024) and Lake Elmo Inn catererd our wedding. It was absolutely AMAZING! We had the prime rib carving station and the walleye as well as the duck soup and salad. Our guests are still talking about the food. We decided to upgrade to the "LEI Experience" which means each of your guests get a warm hand towel, an intermezzo sorbet, and a chocolate covered strawberry!!! We were over the moon with the service on the night of the wedding and all our communication with LEI throughout the process. Special shoutout to Kayla G. who was the most patient, professional, and kind event manager! She answered every single one of my (many) questions and she did so with a smile! On the night of the wedding, we were SO impressed with how fast the servers were able to get to each of our guest tables and keep the flow going. It was seamless, seriously. We cannot recommend Lake Elmo Inn Catering enough. They've total pro's and just know that you'll be in good hands. Thank you again to everyone on the team for your hard work to make the dream come true!! <3“

“Delectable bites all around. You can't go wrong stopping at St Croix baking company. I have yet to find anything here that isn't excellent. And now that I know about St. Croix baking company in Hudson, my car will not breeze by Hudson anymore. 😋 I used to go from Eau Claire to the twin cities without stopping but now that I know better I have to stop at this bakery.“

“We are by no means regulars, but my husband and I always stop when we make our way from the Twin Cities to Hudson - it’s a perfect date-night spot with pages of incredible cocktails. Tonight however, we stopped in as a family with our kiddos and parents, and were nervous as we weren’t sure how things would go with a toddler and a baby. The staff were all incredibly accommodating and kind to us and our kids, service was stellar as always, and at the end of our visit, our 2 year old was even gifted her first lucky rabbit’s foot! I’m guessing it was one of the owners who we chatted with and who made her week - but you’ve ensured lifetime guests and we will keep recommending your spot to everyone we know. Thank you!!!“

“Excellent pizza and cheesesteak sandwiches! Kids loved it as well! Food was ready quickly and staff was very friendly. My faves are the Spicy Tono, South Philly and Truffle Fries. Everything was delicious!“
“Stopped in on 1/29/26 evening. The server was very informative of what was on tap. Described them to make a choice. Tried a flight to have a sample of 4 different offerings.
Server was friendly and carried on a conversation- great asset to the team!! Fair price - friendly - great atmosphere. Worth a stop“

“The food was very good. We were quickly seated and were instantly asked what to drink. After making our choice we were brought our chips and salsa as well as our drinks. We decided to get the queso which was very good it had a nice thick texture with out feeling like it was still solid. I ordered the Enchiladas Cozumel. It came out fast and tasted amazing the shrimp was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing with the cheese sauce that was on top“

“We were the first in line on a Sunday when this opened and in piled in the customers. A line out the door before it opens was a good sign. Our waitress was prompt in tending to us and offered different suggestions. They have a very large menu with great variety. We ate breakfast, but the lunch and dinner menu looked good. I had the corned beef hash. It was a good amount of corned beef fresh cooked and very tender. It was a little different with celery and no eggs. Large portions. The Carmel roll was soft, fluffy and gooey good. They have lots of baked goods that looked amazing. We also got the #1. Eggs were cooked well to order and had great options if different types of bread. The kids meal was in the shape of Mickey and very large with whipped cream and m&Ms which the kids loved.“

“My girlfriend and I recently checked out Post American Eatery for the first time and had an awesome experience! The atmosphere was really cool and relaxed, and the staff was incredibly friendly. My girlfriend ordered the Beef Ragu and loved it! The meat was super tender, and the sauce was just right. I went for the Prime Rib special, and it was delicious – cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Our server was great, too – really helpful and laid-back. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. If you're looking for a place with great food, a cool vibe, and excellent service, I'd highly recommend giving Post American Eatery a try. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back!“

“Went on the hot air balloon ride last Friday with my mother in law. for a birthday present. Waited 3 years for the weather to coop. And it was well worth the wait! It was beautiful and peaceful. The guys did an awesome job and I would recommend it to anyone. Also had some hard apple cider before and it was very tasty!“
