“I was having some issues with the app, and so I had to call the store. Unfortunately the app wasn't working and the coupon I wanted to use wasn't eligible for call in orders only online. Uffff it was 20% off.. The gentleman was very nice and dug through some coupons they can offer and took my order very professional and quick. Even read my order back to make sure. He t all in all he did save me almost the same amount as the order online with whatever coupon he was able to use for me. Super awesome customer service. “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Really good Chicago style comfort food here. I ordered the steak burger, pizza puff, and 10 piece wings and fries. The wings were nice and crispy and smothered in that classic mild sauce. The steak burger tasted like a BK whopper but on Texas toast (delicious). Pizza puff was good too. It’s all made fresh so the wait is worth it for the quality food you receive! Great takeout food spot!“

The burger was a perfect medium with fresh ingredients on top and a soft bun. Was amazing!

The tots were perfectly crispy outside and soft inside. Best tots ive had from a resturaunt.

Service was quick and very nice. Food came out hot and fresh.
