Very bad service they make you wait to much time
Despite some of the horrible reviews I checked in at 06:45 AM for a live unload and checked out at 10:45 AM, so all in all 4 hours. Once checked in it took about 45 minutes to get a door assigned, another hour to unload, then the rest of the time I have no idea what they was doing since they signed my BOL as received when I arrived I wasn’t waiting on BOL but I had a green light for 2 hours but couldn’t leave because they lock out your red airline with a pad lock so...read full review
Checked in 11 pm,they told me to leave
and go to the truck stop(quick trip 1 mile away )until they call me with the door number,called me around 5 am,very slow unloading,9 am not done yet
