“EDIT/UPDATE: I've changed my mind. I've since come back a couple times when I wasn't on lunch break and had the mindset that it was going to take a little bit. much better experience. the food here is SO MUCH BETTER than the McDonald's across the street.

this might be the slowest "fast food" place you will ever find. you can't get anything done at this place in under 20 minutes. there can be no one in front of you and nobody in the store and it's still a minimum of 20 minutes to get your food. whoever runs this place should be embarrassed.“

“Wow, just wow Tico. His attention to detail with the meat on my foot long was meticulous, it was like watching a show. He curled that meat up and shoved it in my foot long, even with all the toppings on he found a way to make it fit. Thank you for this otherworldly experience with my foot long.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Taco John’s absolutely deserves it! From the moment I walked in, everything was on point—the place was spotless, the staff was super friendly, and my order came out fast and fresh.

Let me just say, these were the best Potato Olés I’ve ever had—crispy, seasoned perfectly, and piping hot. The tacos were loaded and flavorful, not skimpy like some other locations I’ve been to. You can really tell the team here takes pride in what they’re doing.

Whether you’re a longtime Taco John’s fan or trying it for the first time, this location sets the bar. I’ll definitely be back!“

“This is hands down THE BEST place to eat! I have a special needs ( Autistic, ADHD, vision impaired) grandchild and she requests this Culvers daily. We have tried others ( The St Cloud location made us leave because of her excited squeals) but the way the entire staff treats her and the rest of us when we walk through that door in Monticello is OUTSTANDING!! They can see if she's having a tough day and they go above and beyond to accommodate us. I have NEVER taken her anywhere else in Monticello that has accepted her the way Culvers staff has. They are always polite, fast and very welcoming. I don't know all of their names but Anthony and Chad are two of her favorite people. The manager is wonderful! When my bill fold got left behind she worked hard to reach out and get it back to me, she went above and beyond and I can't tell you how very much that ment to me. We don't feel like customers, we feel like family. The staff never seems crabby or like you are a burden, they really seem to enjoy their job. That speaks volumes about management. We cannot say enough good things about the staff 😃 Thank you Monticello Culvers for accepting my Granddaughter for who she is ❤️“

“Had myself another fantastic frozen hot chocolate from Dairy Queen.
My only criticism is there was a lot of kids running around unsupervised.
Which is really not Dairy Queen's fault but it was a little chaotic.
