“EDIT/UPDATE: I've changed my mind. I've since come back a couple times when I wasn't on lunch break and had the mindset that it was going to take a little bit. much better experience. the food here is SO MUCH BETTER than the McDonald's across the street.

this might be the slowest "fast food" place you will ever find. you can't get anything done at this place in under 20 minutes. there can be no one in front of you and nobody in the store and it's still a minimum of 20 minutes to get your food. whoever runs this place should be embarrassed.“

It is accessible with a large trailer in the drivthru. I hope they keep cycling different, dead eyed, soulless youths through the restaurant, because that is funny, maybe the poison fast food I eat will kill me soon, or I can just start making better choices I guess“

“Culver’s already has amazing food, but the people who work here are amazing. Everytime I go here, it’s usually Matthew bringing me my food, and he always has a good attitude! Even when it’s not Matthew bringing the food, they always have a smile on their face. Amazing customer service at this place!“

“This is hands down THE BEST place to eat! I have a special needs ( Autistic, ADHD, vision impaired) grandchild and she requests this Culvers daily. We have tried others ( The St Cloud location made us leave because of her excited squeals) but the way the entire staff treats her and the rest of us when we walk through that door in Monticello is OUTSTANDING!! They can see if she's having a tough day and they go above and beyond to accommodate us. I have NEVER taken her anywhere else in Monticello that has accepted her the way Culvers staff has. They are always polite, fast and very welcoming. I don't know all of their names but Anthony and Chad are two of her favorite people. The manager is wonderful! When my bill fold got left behind she worked hard to reach out and get it back to me, she went above and beyond and I can't tell you how very much that ment to me. We don't feel like customers, we feel like family. The staff never seems crabby or like you are a burden, they really seem to enjoy their job. That speaks volumes about management. We cannot say enough good things about the staff 😃 Thank you Monticello Culvers for accepting my Granddaughter for who she is ❤️“

“I got some taco johns on my way to work. ill say i was completely satisfied with my experience! I believe the gentleman taking my order was Tim. He greeted me with “hello welcome to taco johns, can I interest you in a chicken quesadilla combo today?” when approaching the drive thru i was on the fence about weather i was going to get the quesadilla or the double soft shell combo. this was incredibly helpful to my indecisiveness! and the woman at the window was sooo friendly! she had a smile on her face the entire time. this experience made my day better. and i got a tripple olè which made me smile ?“

“Had myself another fantastic frozen hot chocolate from Dairy Queen.
My only criticism is there was a lot of kids running around unsupervised.
Which is really not Dairy Queen's fault but it was a little chaotic.
At the young adults working
Don't seem to be focused.
