“I’ve been to Bruegger’s Bagels before, but I wanted to leave a review after my recent visit on March 18. The service was exceptional, and I had a great experience. The female staff member who assisted me was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. It’s rare to experience such personalized service, and I really appreciated her going the extra mile to ensure my order was perfect.

My girlfriend, who is from Canada and doesn’t live in Minnesota, always looks forward to coming back to Bruegger’s whenever she visits. She loves the bagels here, and it’s a treat for her to have them during her trips. What really stood out to me during this visit was when I asked for a bag, the staff member immediately stopped what she was doing to make sure I had one. It’s little gestures like this that really make a difference and show how much they care about providing a great customer experience.

Overall, I’m always happy with my visits to Bruegger’s, but this one stood out for the outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it if you’re craving delicious bagels with excellent service!“

“I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. This kind embrace from the employee continued as they took my order. I am a bit of a picky eater, yet they managed to get my order perfect! Great customer service, positive and welcoming environment, and great sandwich craftsmanship!“

“Ordered online (the app) for pick up. Easy enough. I can't comment much on service, other than when I arrived my bagel was ready. Just a simple plain toasted, with the bacon scallion cream cheese. It was good, but it was too hot, and my cream cheese was melted everywhere - my fault for ordering it toasted?? Probably.
BUT it looked like a mini bagel! Tiniest bagel ever! Lol.
I have to say I was disappointed.
The store was clean and well kept. Nice location.
I must say, though, that I probably won't be back anytime soon.“

“Outstanding customer service from Tae, a fantastic young man, who's name i may have misspelled. He is very special. Best salmon on everything bagel sandwich, ever. Delicious. Capers, red onion, cream cheese, and luscious salmon!!! Highly recommend bacon egg and cheese, on whole wheat everything bagel. Bought a dozen sliced bagels, too. Emaculat store, and attentive manager, Michelle. Fantastic food.“

“Half the time the service is really good, half the time say forget my phone number and today the person who waited on me tried to talk me into just using my receipt to contact them and do it afterwards instead of restarting the system and entering my phone number. I had to wait a really long time with only two cars in front of me and then when I got my sandwich The bagel was incorrect. A substitution is fine but they should definitely tell the customer if they're having to do a substitution.“
