“Didn't expect great sushi in Blaine, but it really is quite good. It tastes fresh and they have plenty of unique flavors and rolls without costing too much. We've tried almost every roll they have now and our favorites include the number 9 and the spicy girl rolls. Also it has a nice atmosphere, it's nice to be in a restaurant that is dimmer with unique colors.“

“I'm not a sushi fan, so I got shrimp pad thai, which was excellent. "Medium" spice was enough for me. My dad got a custom sushi roll that was made perfectly to order, which he really loved. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable. We'll be back!“

“I had the tako yaki and the sashimi variety platter with a tuna roll and everything was soooooo good! Definitely would recommend to anybody who likes sushi. Just beware because everything had a nugget of Wasabi in it. I love wasabi but if you're not expecting it, it can hit you and their wasabi is pretty potent. The waitress/bartender is super nice and we chatted for a bit about the strongest man competition on the screen and shared some laughs, she's very nice. 5/5, will definitely come again.“

“My husband and I got the all you can eat lunch. We tasted a ton of items and split with each other so we could try more. Not 1 disappointment in the bunch. Friendly and fast staff. We never had to wait to put in another order. All arrived quickly and at the temps they should be. Very clean also.“

Kenzi was varey friendly personable attentive and I really injoyed are conversation.How ever the Mens bathroom was descusting it smelled reely bad and needs some paint and reparirs along with a good deep cleaning.almost makes me woder what the kitchen is like? And if the emploeys wash there hands? However if i Owned the place i would give her a rasie and promation. People could learn alot from her and she will have a blessed futcher. Also the out side of the resterant could use some work but aging i want to thank kinzi for an unforgetable dinning experance that you do not find anymore.when i go back next time i want to hear about her raise and promotion and if not i will find here a beter job personaly becues she dezervise it“

“I live in WV and come here 3-4 times per year for work. I have been doing this since 1994!

The first thing I ask when I walk in the door, “Is Johnny here?”

The food is good but the main reason I come here is because of Johnny. He’s a great guy and provides amazing service. He adds the personal touch.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Johnny for at least six years and hope to see him for many, many more.

“First place I've ever had sushi, and I've come here three times now. They've got an all you can eat lunch for about 20 bucks and I'd say the quality is worth it. They've got a fairly wide array of sushi, sushi rolls, tempura, and even soups (planning to try their Ramen next time I go.) As well as some fried options, like scallops, spring rolls, dumplings and quite a bit else, most of which I still need to try.
Honestly I'd suggest this place during the week for lunch for sure! Will definitely have to see how it is at dinner time, too.“

“We all tried something different: sushi, chinese food (sesame chicken and fried rice), red thai curry with shrimp and they were all amazing! I usually shy away from a restaurant that tries to do it all but Joy Kitchen has done it. Combine that with kozy booths and friendly service and you have recipe for a great place. Highly recommend!“

“Had lunch today at the buffet. The food was fresh and hot! lots of choices, including pizza and chicken nuggets for the kitties. the food was very good! our bill came to 35.33 for three adult buffets. we all did drink water so I'm not sure if beverages are included. the service was good too! I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend it 😀“

“Had a fantastic meal here last weekend. The food was so tasty, great variety and price ($50 all you can eat).

I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer l sushi in addition to Korean barbecue. It was SO good.

The sides were delicious too. My only wish is for more vegetable sides. It’s pretty meat and starch focused. More veggies would help balance this out.

“This is my favorite American Chinese restaurant anywhere! They have a huge buffet and Mongolian bbq with a better selection than any Mongolian bbq or Chinese buffet i have been to. It is definitely worth the drive. their lunch price is unbelievably cheap, something like $7 a person! I have never left this place without feeling like i'm gonna explode. the mayonnaise/walnut shrimp is the best. I will admit that the quantity is better than the quality for some dishes (don't care for their interpretation of general's/sesame chicken or cream cheese wantons) but the Mongolian bbq is great and they have lots of fruit, California rolls, mussels, chili shrimp. Ignore all these haters and give it a try.“
