Ice Cream Shops in Bloomington

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. Now if you only had your fried chicken back on the menu, my favorite. See you soon“

“I got a cookie cake for a present for family member and there was a change in plan last minute, they worked with the change and were extremely helpful and polite with the order.He loved the cookie cake and shared it with several people, his favorite cookie is snickerdoodle. “We visited "Shake Shack" at Mall of America in MN for the first time. It was seriously such an amazing experience! To burgers were DELICIOUS! I wanted to specifically point out an employee named Suan. She was hands down the friendliest person we met in Minnesota! She went above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely visit again♡♡“

“They had a great selection of ice cream to choose from, to the point where it is difficult to make decisions. Employees were friendly but spoke very quietly, so they were hard to hear. It is on the spendy side but they do have quality product.“

“I LOVE Cold Stone ice cream. They have so many combinations of ice creams and toppings, so it’s a great treat. The waffle cones are stale-tasting and are sorta gross. Stick with the cup. Plan 5-10 minutes in line to get your ice cream. Still delicious though!“
