“My family and I have been to Thanh Luong nearly a dozen times in the past year. This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The quality of the food is stellar and consistently delicious. My partner has been vegetarian his whole life and loves the vegan chicken pho. I eat meat and I love the vegan beef pho. The soups are so flavorful. My mom loves getting the orange tofu lunch special with the refreshing spring rolls. We also all get bubble tea with strawberry orange green tea being a favorite repeat order. The service is wonderful and we really enjoy every experience we’ve had here! Would highly recommend to anyone!“

“My party was all from out of town/state, and none of us had eaten at this establishment before tonight. I don't think making reservations is necessary, but we did call ahead of time to make one. Because of this, they had our phone number. With the terrible weather, they called us to check if we were still coming. They stayed open just for us, otherwise they would've closed the restaurant early.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and gave us good explanations to our questions about different menu items. The fried rice was just okay, but the pho, banh mi, rice vermicelli bowls, and the grilled pork chop broken rice platter were all phenomenal. Their fish sauce is the best I've had at any Vietnamese restaurant. The Vietnamese egg rolls were good. Our dishes were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented.

We hope to return when we visit Minneapolis again, and we will definitely be recommending this restaurant to our friends and family in the area!!“

“The BEST Vietnamese I’ve had south of the cities. Their pho broth is light and consistent every single time. If you’re like me and need the comfort of pho, there’s nothing more frustrating than when the broth is just meh about half the time and awesome the other half. The person who wrote the review and said it has gone downhill in recent years is totally wrong. I love their beef and potatoes and spicy chicken and it’s just as good as it always was.
