“Best Pho I've had in MN. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for Pho. With Pho, it's about the broth and the broth has a good depth of flavor. Good amount of toppings to add and just overall perfectly satisfying. We did not try the other selections today but judging from the full flavors of the soup, I am confident in the other food selections. Can't wait to return to try the Banh Mi Sandwiches another day.“

“I got G20. Grilled pork platter. Savory, flavorful and textured in all the right ways. In disbelief that it's vegan. Portions are huge. Husband got the pad thai - it's everything you'd want in a pad thai, including that wok grill flavor. Food came out fast. Really comfortable atmosphere. Family friendly. Great service.“

“This restaurant in Minnesota is truly a wonderful find. Today, I had the pleasure of trying the trio appetizer, which included ribs, cream cheese wontons, and egg rolls. I also ordered the fried pot stickers and the Black Pepper Pork Belly. The presentation of each dish was beautiful, and the flavors were even more impressive. My favorite among the appetizers was the coconut cream cheese wontons; it was my first time trying them with coconut, and the flavor was absolutely remarkable, making them a unique and special item. The egg rolls and pot stickers were delightfully crunchy, warm, and full of delicious flavors. The accompanying hot sauce and their house-made sweet and mildly spicy sauce were also quite enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking to have a pleasant time and engaging conversation with your cherished loved ones.“

“Saigon Pho Tempo is my go-to for all my pho needs! Their pho broth is rich with deep flavor, and it’s always consistent, which I really appreciate. I always know that my pho will be amazing every single time I order it, and it also travels extremely well when I take it home to enjoy! They also make a Thai tea that is absolutely insane. They brew the tea themselves, not the powder, and you can taste the difference. It’s my “at least once a week” meal that I enjoy, and it’s my comfort food I just love. You would be doing yourself a huge favor to come and see what all the talk is about!“

If you’re like me and need the comfort of pho, there’s nothing more frustrating than when the broth is just meh about half the time and awesome the other half. The person who wrote the review and said it has gone downhill in recent years is totally wrong. I love their beef and potatoes and spicy chicken and it’s just as good as it always was. The portions are absolutely huge. You will not go away, hungry . The prices are reasonable and they are very friendly. This remains a real gem.“
