“This was my 1st time eating at Slim's and if I didn't live 2 hrs north it could become an addiction! My adult daughter and I shared a large (because the bowl sizes are huge) gyro and chicken bowl with a side of fries and an oreo/peanut butter malt. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven! The gyro meat was the BEST I've ever had (and I've even been to the middle east) along with the tender and juicy chicken bites! I'm going to be working on convincing them to open another restaurant in Brainerd! You metro people can't be the only ones to have such FABULOUS FOOD close by!!!!!“

“Currently a very well managed staff. They are friendly and you'll get a real greeting and very polite communications. Whoever is managing or whoever is actually responsible for the culture at the time of this review needs to be studied as a blueprint for how to train staff well on their customer interactions as well as for keeping the staff happy enough for those interactions to be sincere. I've gone here for lunch four or five times since moving to the area in the past month and every time, I've left thinking about how good the employees are. It's so rare to feel that way after leaving a fast food joint.“

“We came here to celebrate a friend's new car purchase, and it was a delightful place to have dinner. The employees were very attentive and Culver's always delivers quality. The portions are reasonable enough that you are comfortable instead of full, with room for dessert. The caramel cashew sundae has been a favorite since childhood. The manager checked on us and everything was great.“
