The team at this location went above and beyond for me when I had to order catering for a corporate event. I had to place 4 large orders of coffee, 54 bagels, and 80 lunch boxes on short notice and they really did a fine job. I want to thank the staff as it was some of the best customer experience I’ve had at a chain like this.
Always like to bring a book to read or do some study with endless coffee.
Ice coffee and c eam were both out early in the afternoon

Recently there was a mishaps that happened on our order and after talking to Gage (manager), she promptly took care of the issue and was very polite about the whole experience. I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you.

Panera Bread offers a wide selection of menu options, including the Greek salad and chicken wild rice soup, and the toasted Italian sandwich. While some diners have experienced minor issues with orders, the restaurant's friendly staff and commitment to fixing mistakes make up for any errors. Wheelchair accessibility is also a highlight, with easy parking and phenomenal access. Customers appreciate the online ordering system, which allows for quick pickups, and find the atmosphere still pleasant, despite feeling more fast food or corporate cafeteria-like than before. Some guests note that sandwiches have become smaller and that certain items, like the Napa chicken salad sandwich, are no longer available. Others mention that the barbecue Chicken Sandwich had too much barbecue sauce, and service can sometimes be slow even with few customers. Overall, the experience remains enjoyable, especially with friendly staff and convenient service.
